The pay-per-view portion of Mayweather vs. McGregor is expected to get underway at 3am BST (7pm PT 9pm ET). Be good if some 'shop' was doing breakfast and showing the fight ...

Where abouts are you? I'm sure lots of bars will be showing the fight. I've seen places in Bangkok and down here in Hua Hin advertising it already.

The fight is being shown at a good time for us in Thailand.

  3. Q & A from the TAT about reports that some tourists were refused entry to Thailand

Popular Thailand based blogger Richard Barrow has spoken to TAT regarding the recent issue of some tourists being asked to show 20,000 baht in cash when entering Thailand.

It seems that reports of tourists being asked to show cash and being refused entry were due to Immigration carrying out a "random inspection of tourists’ means of living upon arrival at all ports of entry".

Richard believes that immigration are cracking down on people who are not genuine tourists and who may be working in Thailand illegally.

Although he has served jail time and known for his history of bad behaviour Tyson still commands a cult like following across the world and in more recent years has been a box office smash in Las Vegas at the MGM Grand where he has been performing his one-man show, the "Undisputed Truth."

Now it is Asia’s turn to find out more about this boxing legend as he makes a once in a lifetime tour of the region, which looks set to include Bangkok, Thailand. It really is now or never.

Inspire and Fisher Promotions are looking to ascertain early interest from would be sponsors or premium partners wishing to secure VIP seating at this Gala dinner in Bangkok in early October.

Sponsorship packages start from 200,000 baht, which secures a VIP table for 10, VIP cocktails, and meet and greet with Mike an hour before the gala event.
