    Yes , good idea to buy in bulk , if it is not effective for the purpose you intend to use it for , at least you can rest assured that you will be protected from contracting covid-19 for many years to come..

    I will be heading back to Japan this coming Sunday after spending the last 2 weeks in Phuket renewing my visa extension for another year , touching down on Xmas morning , weather forecast …brrrr!

    I quit drinking when I turned 18 and could legally enter pubs , reckon I have drank more alcohol prior to 18 years old than after , I never could handle it and got drunk far too easy and had terrible hangovers , my mother was the same , had an intolerance to alcohol.

    Japan consists of more than 1 island , the 3 major islands are Kyushu in the South , Honshu the main island which contains Tokyo , Osaka & Kyoto and Hokkaido to the North where I live..

    You can get your re-entry permit at immigration in Phuket City , they have a dedicated desk for the re-entry permit , so even though the office may be extremely busy very few are there for re-entry , so the wait is negligible. I went there 2 weeks ago at the busiest period and as soon as I received my numbered ticket it came up on the screen..

    I believe that the overstayers referred to had existing arrest warrants for crimes committed in Thailand and were detained in order to face those charges..

    Shrinkflation happening here in japan as well , was 1,000ml only 18 months ago and price has also increased.

    Thanks for this info , will certainly pay a visit to the fish market , but will have to wait some time before doing so as we just did a shopping trip to Costco yesterday and filled the fridge & freezer up..👍
