When I wear lad , we didn’t ‘arve no pop music. Make our own music we did , with an old comb and some greaseproof paper or a couple of coconut shells and sometime our mam’s washboard. Jazz , that’s what we used to call it. Bliddy Racket , was what everyone else said. ????

That price went up to 1,800 for the bus and 2,400 for mini van last week. Guess there was insufficient demand for the service , hence the need to increase the fare. But on the bright side the journey takes 15 hours is instead of 12.

The bread loaves I buy from Makro have gone from 35baht to 39baht to 50baht in the last 6 months. On the positive side , nobody buys them at that price and they end up being offered at 50% reduced price. So I load up on them and freeze.
