What I get a kick out of is all the same guys advocating Thailand deport all the overstayers, begpackers and Russkies turning around and ragging on Trump for getting rid of gangbangers and benefit thieves from the USA. Let me ask it this way... Are overstayers in Thailand nervous? Why shouldn't they be?

I've been doing it once a month for just over 2 years with no end in sight, so I take a keen interest. And I appreciate anyone who points out where I may be wrong. Sometimes, I'm just spitballing in the hope that someone that knows better will straighten me out. That's one of the ways I learn. But I try to make it clear that I'm spitballing and not offering definitive info. Sometimes, I fail.

It's probably that simple, but there are 2 things that make me wonder... 1) What if the info on the TDAC is incorrect, whether by error or by mischief? It would be a trivial database exercise to figure that out if they have access to the flight manifests and a database guru that can do it while the plane's in the air. But do they? I know the skills are available in Thailand, but does immigration have them? 2) The LED signs above the IO stations request passport, DTAC and boarding pass. I just do what the signs say and life is easier. Seems like they'd want to confirm that all the data matches and there were no errors or omissions.
