  1. I'm amazed that so many people call Jill a legitimate doctor, but won't extend the same courtesy to Dr. John Campbell.
  2. Judge Aileen Cannon has dismissed the classified documents case against Donald Trump. In a ruling Monday, Cannon said the appointment of special counsel Jack Smith violated the Constitution. https://edition.cnn.com/2024/07/15/politics/classified-documents-case-trump-dismissed-aileen-cannon I can hear the liberal heads exploding from 5000 miles away.
  3. Kind of like checking a Repub box, in a regime where checking the Dem box means you wasted your primary vote. If you check Repub, you can vote against Trump in the primary. If you check Dem, your primary vote doesn't count for diddly. So claiming he's a Repub, is stupid. A nuthin' burger, if you will. Hell. At his age, I'd have registered as a Hare Krishna if it improved my chances of getting under Tina B's bra.
  4. Seems he appeared in a BlackRock Ad. Thomas Matthew Crooks, the suspect in Saturday’s attempted assassination of former US President Donald Trump, featured in a 2022 ad for BlackRock, the investment giant has revealed. How embarrassing. https://www.rt.com/news/601094-blackrock-ad-trump-shooter/
  5. I hope it's true, too. But I wouldn't fund any more than camera traps based on DNA from one hair. Too easy to scrounge up one hair from a museum and go off in search of $$ funding. If there are tigers, I'd bet they're escaped or released pets. OTOH, if they get images from Ring cameras or CCTV or game cams, and that enables them find more hairs (independently verified by witnesses), great.
  6. I'd characterize it more like buying beer for minors. It's illegal, but if the kids offer to pay enough... It's the same thing with non-citizens voting. It's illegal, but if it pays...
  7. What percentage of cities haven't learned to navigate the new-ish FBI reporting method, and just quit reporting? Just a number, please...
  8. That's like saying Lizzo lost more weight than Halle Berry.
  9. I used to be one of them. Then I got a STEM degree, a decent job, bought a house, grew some pubic hair and started to get laid. Not often enough, but not never. Now I identify as a conservative. Of course, it may also be related to liberals going so far left with DEI, boys in girls' bathrooms and sports, $900 of free stuff- just walk out with it, zero $$ bail- even if you're already scheduled for 5 separate felony trials, and free food, housing and healthcare for everyone except citizens.
  10. You're forgetting the innocents who don't get shot, robbed, burglarized or carjacked every year, because they're armed, or the bad guys think there's a chance that they are. Take away our right to be armed, and it's open season on the innocent, with the bad guys still armed. Because they won't be giving up their guns. Look at most Blue cities with tight gun control. Crime is out of control.
  11. Here's my theory on that, and that's all it is- my theory. The guy was bear crawling on the far side of the gable roof, too low to be seen by the SS sniper over the roof ridge. When he popped up his head to threaten the local cop on the ladder, he exposed himself, and the SS sniper was already scanning the rooftop because of the bystanders calling attention to it. That forced Crooks to start firing at Trump, and the SS sniper ended him, but only after he got off several shots. And because of the haste, the shots weren't well placed. Which would make both the local cop and the SS sniper into heroes in my book. Let's see what the investigation says.
  12. Calling for him to be shot would subject someone to arrest. Mostly, they're lamenting that the assassin missed, suggesting that the next one take more target practice. Edit: Here's a Dem representative's staffer who got fired for it: A staffer for Democratic Mississippi Rep. Bennie Thompson has been fired after suggesting “shooting lessons” following the assassination attempt on former President Donald Trump Saturday. https://dailycaller.com/2024/07/14/house-dem-staffer-fired-dont-miss-next-time-trump-assassination-attempt/ How stupid can a gub'ment staff member be... (Don't answer, that's rhetorical) Kudos to her boss for giving her the boot.
  13. That's being discusses ad nauseum in other threads. The kid's 20 years old, donated to the Dems, and he registered Repub. Not unlike thousands of Dems who saw that a vote in the Dem primary was wasted, so they registered Repub just to vote against Trump. His parents aren't registered Repubs, so maybe he's just rebelling against them. Or maybe he's a RINO, or one of the many Never-Trump Repubs. Basically, meaningless.
  14. Gave you a Like, and I stand corrected.
  15. Quit being pedantic. Former presidents are referred to as Mr President. Besides, "former and future" is a lot of typing.
  16. I'm basically saying that being registered as a Repub means nothing, especially for a 20 year old who may have never voted before, just 2 years into adulthood. And whose parents are registered Dems (according to....sources...). He may have just registered Repub to rebel against Mom and Dad. I did stupid stuff at that age.
  17. Is there a link to that statement? I'm not doubting it, just looking for verification. Edit: I'd add that would be in conflict with a statement by the FBI. Kevin Rojek, had confirmed that the FBI is leading the investigation into the shooting and that it “is our assessment at this time” that law enforcement did not know the shooter was on the roof until he began firing. https://www.usatoday.com/story/news/politics/elections/2024/07/14/was-trump-shooting-secret-service-fail/74400138007/
  18. Not to mention that there's a big contingent of Never-Trumpers in the Repub party, and even more RINOs.
  19. Forget about subjective assessments like untrained and scared, the big pumpkin looking thing shown in this photo shows an agent that is objectively not qualified, just by physical size. Just lucky there wasn't another shooter.
  20. You may recall it was a thing in the primaries. The Dem elite made it pointless to vote in the Dem primaries, so a lot of Dems registered as Repubs to vote against Trump in the Repub primary.
  21. A local law enforcement officer climbed to the roof and found Crooks, who pointed the rifle at the officer. The officer retreated down the ladder, and the gunman quickly fired toward Trump, the officials said. That’s when U.S. Secret Service gunmen shot him, the officials said. https://apnews.com/article/trump-rally-assassination-attempt-db24c5bfbbe7d09fa2437c3c836bb434?taid=6694218469c80700016401c0 https://dailycaller.com/2024/07/14/officer-encounter-shooter-trump-assassination-attempt/
  22. That's not hard to believe. You may recall it was a thing in the primaries. The Dem elite made it pointless to vote in the Dem primaries, so a lot of Dems registered as Repubs to vote against Trump in the Repub primary.
  23. It's confession by projection. Lefties have elevated it to an artform.
