Most parts if not all of the snake are used in Traditional Chinese Medicine as a blood thinning/circulating agent. That may warrant the reputation of increased libido/performance from such liquor.
There are better things in the materia medica for performance enhancement

Well i hope someone can help me, i have to give a copy of example letter for visa application to the guy in HR in 8 hours and i dunno what to put in it.
Also can i download an application form for the visa and fill it in ready for when i get there or do i have to fill it in at vientien?

150 baht cab ride will get you to the VIP complex in lak si, accross the road from the uni. I have only ever seen one farang there once. Cheap, lots of good food, and many live music acts. B150 from where, i think maybe depends on where in Bkk they stay.
By the way, just a wild stab in the dark, you havent got a mate from England called Steve who now lives in Rayong have ya?
I was working on the assumption they would be staying in the sukhumvit area.

Hi i am from Englang holding a 10 year British passport, i am 30 years old and have currently been in Thailand for the last 8 months on a multi entry tourist visa, this means i have left and re-entred the country every 59 days.
I now want a non imm B visa (multi entry).
I would like to go to Laos (Vientien) to obtain this visa.
What do i need to take?
Passport, Letter from future employer saying they want to employ me as a consultant, What does the letter need to say? i have to provide it to them tommorrow so they can print it off with letter head.
Two passport photos.
Anything else?
Fee? How much?
Do i have to make an appointment or just turn up? I think i will be going on Thursday.
Will i be able to collect passport the following day and return to Thailand?

It was about a deaf mute hitman, who after meeting and falling in love with a beautiful girl starts to see the error of his ways....

take her to the swimming pool at lumpini park. you may not see it first time so head for the rama 4 side of the park in the south and stick to the perimeter. cheap clean and quiet but not open everyday.

I know there are some cheap 1 bedroom apartments near Surasak BTS in Sathorn, right above Family Mart, renting for about THB6-8K a month. I dont have the phone number for it though.
I can try to find out and post it when I do.............
Its called the royal king garden and the rooms there start at B12,000 per month up to B24,000

for a price, they may let you have use of the Hotel Pool without booking a room. I know some hotels in Pattaya do just that.

Anybody know the ruling on Farangs owning handguns indoors? Big bollocking and possible deportation and/or prison sentence, or nothing too heavy?...I suspect the former.
Reason I ask...say, for instance, I was living in Pattani with my family and was worried about the recent goings-on in the region and therefore decided to purchase a handgun in the unlikely, but possible, event that Muslim radicals wanted to injur, or kidnap, my family. What would happen if I shot one of them, dead? Nothing, due to self-defence because he was on our, sorry, wife's property up to no good, or life in prison because I killed a Thai national, which wouldn't have happened if I wasn't there in the first place attitude?
Just a thought for a peaceful Sunday afternoon...

Don't realy know, i would imagine you would be better of seeking that kind of advice from a couple of lawyers in Thailand rather than a public forum if you are truely seriouse.

I wonder why all the old retired codgers, and younger ones don't reside in India. I certainly would if it weren't for my family here.
The woman are more beatiful there too, in my opinion.
My parents built a house in Goa about 4 years ago after my dad retiered, they spend 6-8 months a year there and the rest of the time between England and various other countries.
They love India and say that the best thing that could have happend to them was the sale of the country cottage in the lake district falling through which was the prompt they needed for a drastic change of plans.
