What would she be without that father and that family name?
A hot looking Thai girl with money LOL
The challenge is not her popularity it is going to be that of the circus or clown show call Pheu Thai.

The transition, were it to happen, from recreational use to medical use only will be fascinating to watch.
Of course it will be a mess. But not a perfect one. This government will find a way to muck it up.
from the linked article...
The final result could be a deliberately opaque law that delivers some political windfalls for all sides.
“This is going to be up to the political decision by the prime minister which requires quite a lot of courage to fix this matter,” he said.
“Politically speaking, it is up to them whether they will be concerned more about public benefits or their own political benefits.”
Interesting that the primary consideration seems to be "politics" rather than "health" or "public benefits".
The whole idea was that the BJT and PPP would enact this and open it up, and people would tank them by voting for their parties. LOL then the truth hit that most people that toke are like the the late great Shel Silverstein
They also fund out that those that vote didn't want it legalilzed.
This is going to be like Vape and hooka. Yes, they are not lawful, BUT the main businesses already have doctors who will prescribe the correct prescription.
A better idea might be to legalize it but register adn license the stores. Any sales not through these stores become illegal and lead to jail time.

Only continuing what Blair started
Sorry to say it happens under every government and every party.
No one wants to change the rules so that Asylkum is decided quickly and the person allowed to appeal after their plane has landed in whatever country they come from and has been returned.
Britain sure is taking it up the chute lately with government screw ups.

I sometimes wonder, what kind of excellent weed some people seem to smoke. 21 days of alcohol-free zoned Songkran, I beg your pardon!
"The government's "World Songkran Festival" from 1 to 21 April is divided into three phases: preparation, festival days, and post-festival."
The reality reads more like this: the division into three phases reads "get plenty of booze 24/7 despite no-alcohol-sale-hours anywhere except the supermarkets, get hammered and completely drunk during the festival days and the post-festival serves to clear up the mother-of-all-hangovers due to the extremely high quality of the local firewaters".
I am open to everything and wonder, if this year's "festivities" would be any different to what I saw over the last four decades. Well, the duration is a novelty; from three to 21 days; wondering how many alien will pick up the idea for holiday alternatives and how many locals can afford three weeks of partying ........The interesting part is that there are no big plans or parties announced for tourists.
This will not be participating because DUH they have to work to pay the bills.
Who will be avail the young kids that are not in school that rade with no helmets or no cares.

I think the UK is upset that they are not in the international news like the US.
😂

Imagine if they actually taught discipline . It makes more sense to have a boot camp then after aptitude test teach them a trade like cook driver mechanic a skill they can use.

For your average Thai the celebrations will be during the official holiday period which again is April 12-16.
That will be the timeline for most tourism people are not going to come unless there's a reason and 1-10 do not have a reason

All mental cases …
Who knows what other case records they have back in their own country….
Before long, the police will insist everyone needs a criminal free record or certification for all visas.
This guy is not new to Thailand.
I think it would be interesting to know why he separated from his wife. Sounds like he is going through something.
Being in jail probably is not bad if he is low on funds and has nowhere to live.

You can nag her to death - she won't change. She'll just keep on getting fatter. You didn't say anything about age, as it makes a big difference to how fast you pile on fat.
It is possible that she's not happy in the relationship and food has become a way to overcome the stress of it. A lot of people eat for comfort. The problem could be you. Maybe you're too demanding?
Another possibility could be that she is seeing someone on the side who prefers some meat on the bones and she's catering to his (or her) preferences. Not everyone likes their partners skinny.
You might consider counseling although thais really don't like it.
Unless you are with her 24/7 she is still going to do it.
Does she have any friends does she go out.
What does daughter think.

My 7 month cat has a serious case of the flu or something close to it.
Laboured breathing, raspy sound from the lungs and some blood discharge from the mouth...
Three days already and zero food or water.
A visit to a vet would be the obvious step but I'm looking at a 1000 with multiple visits/injections
As a farang ,obviously I'm a prime target for overcharging etc.
Seasoned cat owners out there...u think the little guy can survive with no help or not? He has a strong constitution ,for what it's worth Btw...his mother has another litter nearby and will be dumped on me in a month or so..😁
Feline flu is not terminal if treated. The fact that you have not taken it for shots or checked out tellse you really should not have a pet or a gf.
If you won't look after the cat what would you do with a gf that hot sick

I would go to https://www.doitbest.com/ or to a registered TOA shop and ask them. Some of the shops might let you try it.

Good opportunity for all condo developers to charge not less than 3 million baht for any of their condo units.
You do realize that if people can not afford a 2mil mortgage they will not qualify for 3 mil.
Looking at the construction I can tell you occupation of 5 mil is slowing

While I acknowledge this, the question is raised if it would clear all who had a hand in the coups overthrowing the elected government.
Not only coups peole but as I said the LM charged crowd would be able to use it also. You can be guaranteed that the MFP will be looking at those that protested the last few years and they were all charged with LM offences including some of the people from the last Militry take over.
That is why it will never get brought up.
It is llike th 600 baht/hour
25000 guaranteed income for university graduates
10000 baht to anyone who was or is 16 years old to buy food LOL

The perpetrator, a 60-year-old British citizen, confessed that he actually committed the crime. As for the cause, that was because he took anti-inflammatory drugs. Relieve toothache Make your consciousness not be with your body. Therefore, he lost consciousness and could not remember the events of that day.
So his excuse for rude behavior and assault is because he took some anti-inflammatory med??
Hey this means that @stoner @bobsmith and others can just say that they were stoned and missed it LOL
Bottom line people seem to think that before they take action using their hands maybe they should use their feet.

Yingluk is waiting in the wings.
Problem to any political Amnesty has a huge wall. After the court case against MFP the Pheu Thai can not even talk about amnesty because it has those 2 words that the court says any change to means that you are against the country.
Lese Majeste
You can not have political amnesty without granting it to those who have been charged.
Can anyone here see Anutin or the military agreeing to that?
