Easy answer. Because the idiotic electorate are hoodwinked by the non-tax paying media barons, into voting for the Conservatives. The Conservatives have asset stripped the country for decades, until there is next to nothing left.

Since smoking is discouraged for foreigners I would be cautious in the obtaining or use of hashish. It is a marijuana “product” whose purpose might be and likely will be seen as purely recreational. They are also looking at concentration of THC. As such could lead to that 700 Baht fine and maybe jail time. As my manfriend said the other day “just because you get some eggs, doesn’t mean you can eat the chicken”.
Where is your evidence that smoking is discouraged for foreigners?

a harmless Huntsman spider, it is your friend because it eats bad insects like the cockroaches.
LOL I've literally laughed here, this topic reminded me of a divers' joke, something like "what is the difference between scuba divers and normal people? - when somebody at the beach shouts "SHARK!" normal people run out of the water and divers run into the water"
I thought it was only fair to warn people there are lots of aracnophobics about!

I see the Qatari royals have just decided on a total booze ban 48 hours before kick off, that's a foul then. Maybe not though as they obviously bought the right to stage it they can do what they want, maybe they have paid to win it?
Pretty sure they promised to allow alcohol when they "won" the rights to host the tournament. Those in corporate boxes can still drink apparently, according to the BBC. What happened to football is for everyone?
Can't help but wonder if they are going to ban women from attending, tomorrow!- 1

Would that be, 'The No Hope Service'?
After all the NHS staff went through during the Covid epidemic, when they put their under funded and massively under protected lives on the line, in order to help the general population, I find your slur disgusting.

Useful answer.
Is there a reason you're following my posts, and making negative comments?

But if you are using the monthly transfer method and apply 28 days early, you may then have only 11 transfers. How would that pan out?
No idea, I use the 800K method.

When I was at school, two months meant say from 23rd June to 22nd August, that is two CALENDAR months. If talking about Jan/March, then 31 + 28 = 59 days, March to May = 31+30 = 61 days.
You can apply up to 2 weeks in advance so the number of days is actually irrelevant.
You can apply 28 days before your current stamp expires.

The only correct info on this thread is from Dr. Jack. Everyone else, please refrain from posting when you don't know what you're talking about.
There would be no forum if people who didn't know what they were talking about, didn't post!

Great.....I'm up that way in December will take a look. Seriously zilch in this neck of the woods. I'm out on the bike two mornings a week and have kept my eyes open looking for some but so far nothing. As stated , not seriously bothered but thought I might get back into it since last six months have developed arthritis in my fingers which is making playing the guitar difficult.
Arthritis is one of the reasons I use it, for the same purpose, guitar playing! It does help. Best to buy a few plants, as females aren't guaranteed, I got 2 females from 7 plants bought locally, but now have lots of seeds, for future use!

That might be the case where you live but I have seen none in anyones garden around here and none in the many plant shops ( lower Petchabun ). People not talking about it , seen nobody smoking it , not caught a whiff of anything . Seems to be a complete lack of interest. Having said that , this is a hard drinkers area so maybe they are happy with their Lao Khao ? Who knows. I was thinking of getting some but not seen anything although wife did see somebody on the back of a saling with a small 1 foot plant.
Not bothered either way.
I live in Phetchabun, and it's everywhere in the village I live in. Plenty of plants in the local markets.

To be fair, it is considerably preferable to American-rules sportsball ("football"), American-rules rounders ("baseball"), American-rules netball ("basketball").
"Sports" where one nation takes part, and they have world championships - laughable!

Maybe Qatar TV shows some matches ... I also noticed that in the past weeks there was almost no Premier League on Astro and Sky Net anymore, and much less German Bundesliga. Bein Sport Channel also disappeared. Perhaps it's time for a TRUE subscription? What happened in the middle of the season?
I've had no problem with beIN sports, but I pay for it, very reasonably priced it is too, under 1000 Baht for the season.

Agree 100% - why should football be 'free to view' when other sports e.g. F1 you have to pay for
F1 isn't a sport, it's a procession.

A man who knows what he has to say and who to say it to. It does not matter if it sounds ridiculous or not. After all this is the man who took his 116 Pizza Hut restaurants and rebranded them overnight into The Pizza Company after a "dispute" with the parent company. Not easy and according to some, the real reason he eventually renounced US citizenship and became a citizen of Thailand.
I wasn't aware he also owns The Pizza Company, they won't be getting any money from me, in future.

i had shingles last year, after surgery to remove cancer, apparently it's quite a common thing, afterwards. Got some tablets from the local GP, a few weeks later it had gone. Very paiful while it lasted though.
