    What you have said has been true, but I don't want to have to depend on them, I just want a back up plan, just in case as I have read of the odd one or two who have had problems getting their transfer.

    I remember a few years ago I was thinking about using them as they have a very good name, but gave it up because they were too far away from central Bangkok, but I think they now come to your hotel to do their services, though I stand to be corrected.

    We regularly read that Thaksin should or could be jailed, now we are reading that Pita could be jailed. What about the unelected caretaker PM, he stole the country with his soldiers in an illegal coup, screwed the country with flip flops and lies and lined his pockets big time since 2014, and yet no one is saying he should or could be jailed. Unbelievable.

    I can't remember the last time I let a man cut my hair, there are about 5 hair shops in my small town/village and only one has a male who cuts hair. guess what shop I have never used.

    But I could not find them on the same page so cannot see how to get there when I get off the train at Wat Mangkan MRT.

    "Thaksin's daughter is too inexperienced to be PM." If a soldier can be a PM in Thailand, anyone can. A soldier with only a Military Academy education or someone who graduated from university with various degree's. I know who I would prefer inexperienced or not for PM.

    That's a big help, I will look around, but now I'm thinking of a Samsung Galaxy A14. Anything is better than the garbage Xiamoi.

    Thanks for letting me know, but I would need to see the phone I was buying first and be able to get everything changed into my new phone by the people I was buying it from. Looking at it another way my Xiomai has been such a total disaster, I am looking at Samsung who have always been reliable for me in the past.

    Thanks, great advice and I understand it all, but the big problem is, the Home screen has just disappeared completely, as you said it should be above the wallpaper settings, I used it very regularly. It has got to be the phone to blame. there are so many problems with it.

    Yes I do, but I always had to unlock them to do that, but now I can't as the facility to do that has disappeared. now I can't lock them and both my Bangkok bank app and line app disappeared, though not from my phone as I got a local shop to put them back on my homepage. But as I said I cannot lock them. You have said I don't need to lock them. That has me confused.

    I think that may be true. There used to be a way to lock the apps from moving, now I cannot do that, I can move my apps around with my finger where before I could lock them. I cannot find the facility to lock them now. Also another picture which I have never seen before has appeared on my homescreen. I will sure be glad when I get rid of this garbage phone.

    Not so, if it happened to all users, it would end up with no one buying their phones.

    Then why did I not have these problems with any of my previous smartphones?. Just today my Bangkok bank app and Line app both disappeared from my homescreen, I suppose that is also down to my lack of tech knowledge also.
