The above title keeps on appearing on my desktop whenever I try to log on to the forum's Newsletter. It is not an internet problem as I can log on to everything else, I can also log on to the Newsletter on my laptop and smartphone. I know computers can at times have a mind of there own, but this?? Can anyone help?

Read my post again and see the reasons why, another thing, I mislaid my debit card earlier this year and my Bangkok bank charged me 500 Bt to replace it, also the time before that when I renewed my debit card it had a few hundred Baht in it for use on the BTS, they did not replace it on my new debit card, they just kept it. I can afford the money in the bank for the retirement extensions, but I keep the bulk of my savings in my UK bank and gold in a safe place. There is a female dog which lives up the road from me but often comes in for a visit. I certainly do not expect a train to be almost 2 hours late when there is no unexpected delays.

Of course I checked the schedule, the train was due to leave Bang Sue at 2.15pm and arrive at my destination at 7.15pm. It arrived at my destination at 9.05pm.

Recently got a train from Bangkok to Bangmunnak (rapid service) it took about 7 hours. Left Bang Sue at exactly 2.15pm and arrived in Bangmunnak after 9pm. Disgraceful service. Anyone know how many trains travel north from Nakhon Sawan between about 12 and 6pm? I can get a bus from Bangkok to Nakhon Sawan, then hopefully a train from NS to Bangmunnak. Cannot get a bus from Bangkok to Bangmunnak and the buses from NS that went past Bangmunnak stopped at the beginning of the pandemic and have not started again.

I have just bought gold from Damini Co Ltd in Pattaya as Liang Seng Heng Gold shop in Bangkok did not have any 99.9% small gold blocks. My question is there are adverts from Damini advertising that they have the best gold prices in Pattaya, so as a newbie with buying gold, I thought gold prices were the same all over the country, so is it possible for me to get the same gold cheaper in, say Chinatown than from Damini?

I have recently started to notice how deaf a lot of adult Thais are, every time they are blocking my way and I have to get past I have to shout at them, when before a pleasant excuse me "in Thai" would be enough. I have to believe it is because of their addiction to noise, these very loud bass sounds at social gatherings, weddings, funerals etc which Thais attend. There must be lots of babies and children affected all the time they are growing up and will have hearing problems, maybe that's why they are always shouting at each other.

That could prove to be very hard, I tried to open an account with the TTB bank in Nakhon Sawan. My wife came with me as there was language problems when I went myself the last time. My wife asked about an account for me, so I was asked for my passport, the teller took it, returned two mins later handed my passport back telling my wife that I cannot open an account as I did not have a job, I am retired. If every bank had an attitude like that then what chance do retiree's have of even opening an account.

I thought that the unelected PM or whatever he is called now, still has his army house, so why should he need to be looking for a new house?
