In my local daily market, which is an indoor market, you are in danger of being hit by some idiot on a motorbike, it is almost impossible to walk from one end to the other without someone on a motorbike trying to squeeze past. On one occasion I was hit by a motorbike ridden by a school teacher.

IMO upcountry, most motorbike riders do not even have a licence. Many are also underage.

Underage motorbike riders, riding on the wrong side of the road, speeding car and truck drivers, overtaking you then forcing you to brake as they make a left hand turn, I could go on and on.

I have driven, rode motorbikes and bicycles all over Thailand in the 14 years I have been here, and never had an accident, but what I see regularly really disgusts me, and says an awful lot about the mentality of most Thai people.

I have driven over a lot of America, never a problem, and would go as far as to say it has been the best driving experience of my life. I have never driven, or even been to Florida though.

Ordering from Lazada is hit or miss, sometimes ordering is easy. other times it is not, twice in the last few weeks I could not order because their website would not let me. There is nothing I am doing wrong, I have used Lazada for years without any problems, now everything has changed, and they are a disgraceful lot.

For weeks now Lazada has been telling me "you are signing in on a different device" I have used the same device for more than two years now, and have been telling them this constantly, yes, their customer service is dreadful, but unfortunately they have no competition, and don't mention that other disgusting lot Shopee, they won't even let me register.

A friend of mine who I have known for not long after I came here has been married to a girl who worked in a Pattaya bar, yes, an ex bargirl for more than 20 years, and they are still very happy together.
