If Iran triples the number of gas centrifuges online, Iran would be about 3 months from 90% weapons grade uranium. Another diplomatic milestone for the Trump administration.

You make it sound so straightforward! Are you a nuclear scientist?

I'd like to see some evidence of your "3 months from 90%" claim. It doesn't sound credible to me.

Options would include reducing bond supplies, he said. The BOT last week cut its supply of three-and six-month bonds at auctions in July.

Good news ???? The BOT are finally taking action to reduce the strength of the baht.

Let's see what else the BOT do in the coming months.

It has the capability. But as we have seen from Trump's reversal on the drone strike, the political will is lacking.

Yes, the political will is lacking  - for now.

Let's assume that 18 months from now, Iran have enriched their uranium to 75%-80%, and they are a few months away from having a nuclear device.

Other countries would be pleading with the US to launch strikes against Iran. The political landscape would be completely different. By that point, Israel would have probably have launched strikes of their own.

Sure, Iran can keep enriching their uranium, but it is just posturing on their part. They will never be allowed to go all the way to having nuclear weapons.

But you told us they were a famous pair of Brexiteers? So famous that you didn't even need to give their full names?

If I search for "Johnson Hunt" or "Lennon McCartney", Google comes up with their names instantly.

So Elliott and Cummings are not a famous pair as you claimed. Very few people know who they are.

Spelling people's names wrongly shows a lack of familiarity with their names. If I wrote about "Vladimir Pootin" or "Donuld Tramp", you would wonder why I couldn't remember their names, since I would have read them thousands of times.

I notice you have made the same mistake yet again above, oh dear oh dear ????

    (Matthew Elliot)

You are clearly not familiar with their names, so accusing other posters of being "pathetic" for not knowing them is ..... erm ...... pathetic? ????

yep. No matter that you follow their rules, have evidence of what you are doing, and how you dress, you are totally at the whims of some braindead immigration officer over whether you're allowed to stay in thailand, or must leave.

Of course, there'll be a few posters come on here and say they've never had a problem because they follow the rules, polite and dress nice.

Yes, you are temporarily in their power. You should act accordingly.

Be calm, polite, and patient. Be deferential (even if it's just an act).

The man in front of you may be a petty, arrogant, miserable individual - but if you show them anything other than respect, they have all kind of ways of making your life miserable. If you start an argument with them, you are done.

I would be interested to know if dtag had a disagreement with the immigration officer, however minor.
