  1. Try to get to the gym around twice a wek but these days it mostly just once. In my little room i do quit a bit of exercise...depensing on when i get up of course. I always set my alarm for 6 but that doesnt always mean i will wake up then.

Do around 30 minutes skipping and if i have time i will do push ups, sit ups and some free weights. Time for this can range from 20 minutes to an hour...

The new place i will be moving to next year has a pool so i can see myself swimming in the mornings on a gregualr basis as i used to swim at least 1 km, 3 times a week a few years back. Would be nice to get into that routine....

Gotta do this othewise i would get fat with all the Thai food i eat!

  2. There is a good article on www.football365.com about the dominace of Chelsea and if you ignore Chelsea then the league makes for interesting reading.

Its not bitterness with all the cash that Chelsea have at their disposal as the writer says "while buying trophies can't be very satisfying, it's at least better than not winning them at all"

Some other quotes taken from that article:

"One of the teams at the top is predictable - Manchester United. The others? Spurs, Man City, Wigan and Charlton. Liverpool - the European Champions - are down in 11th place (yes, 12th in real life, but remember - no Chelsea!). Newcastle? 12th, after spending £17m on Michael Owen and a small fortune on their midfield. Arsenal, this time a year ago dubbed 'The Invincibles', sit down in seventh."

"The bottom end of the table is even more exciting. Who would have thought that anyone would be below Sunderland in the table, particularly Everton, who two months ago were planning their assault on the Champions League? Who would have thought that West Ham would have more than double the points of the teams in the relegation zone? Who would have dared to hope that Fulham and Birmingham, two teams who've somehow survived the last couple of seasons playing horrible football, might actually go down this year?"

And what would make any Spurs fan happy is:

How the Premiership would look if games against Chelsea were not taken into account...
