What a waste of 150 million THB, an overseas tourist advertising campaign would have resulted in many more visitors to Thailand than a Tennis match most people will never hear of.

Earlier this week the government said 52 million tourists passed through Swampy airport over the past 12 months.

The figures they throw around are meaningless.

They see tourists as nothing more than a cash cow. Its the only part of the Thai economy that works.....taking money from foreigners.

That's 6000 (almost) an hour 24/7. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So they must land planes almost every second minute at Swampy than, very impressive!
