From memory I was able to set it all up from my Internet Banking Account Profile... set the email address and phone number for contact details. Did you download the media files and the corresponding .srt files? Opensubtitles has a huge collection of free subtitles for both TV shows and movies. Just search for the file name that corresponds to your media file, and download the corresponding .srt file. Note: both media file (.mp4, .mkv etc.) and subtitle file (.srt) must reside in the same directory and have exactly the same filename for your media player to play them correctly.
