Visas cannot be transferred. You will carry both passports until you get new visas in the future. (Obviously, 'permission to stay' - granted under a 12 month extension - can be transferred to a new passport)

I agree. MY TELLO is excellent - and ridiculously cheap. My last call (to a UK pension company) cost 1.90 Baht for 20 minutes. My most expensive recent (15 minutes) call was 6.90 Baht.
