I hope anybody can clarify below rumors / talk going around:

1) Any condo-owner arriving on 30 day-exemption rule must report within 24 hours and notify his address to immigration in person, even so he has done so already at immigration  / TM-card?

   True?  or please elaborate....

2) Any condo-owner arriving from abroad on Tourist- or Non-Immigrant Visa must report within 24 hours and notify his address to immigration in person, even so he has done so already at immigration  / TM-card?

  True? or please elaborate...

3)  Anybody arriving from abroad with a Re-Entry Stamp on Retirement Extension must report within 24 hours and notify his address to immigration in person, even so he has done so already at immigration  / TM-card?

   True? or please elaborate...

4) Does the 90 day reporting-period still re-start after having left the country and returning the 90 days re-start the day of new entry?

A friend was fined for not reporting his arrival/address. He is a condo-owner and entered with the "30-days on arrival".  Who does have to report then? Anybody who owns a condo and already writes down this address on the TM-card? Anybody on a retirement-visa & 90 days-reporting after leaving the country and coming back? They come in various types and are pretty good in Foodland & BELUCKY / Friendship. Bit more chewy than

I could care less, if it costs me 80 or 150. I tip well for any good job anyway. I used to have a great barber, who left for BKK and never since found a good one again. I hate sitting in that chair and some guy snipping away 20-30 minutes for a job that takes a pro 8 minutes.....I am talking simple straightforward cut. Anybody with an idea where to find commercial (quality & quantity) paint-stripper.

Preferably the soy-based type that should work well on dry acrylic paint on sand-wash.

Or....commercial stripper for furniture, something I have not tried yet.

Or anybody with a better cleaning idea? Googled and tried most, incl. acids & pressure-cleaner.

Good advise and/or a good orthopedist/spinal expert in BPH. Sciatic nerve pains can be severe and cause, often "age-based" joint & spinal problems are looked at first. Good luck and get well.   MS>

Why would you want your solicitor to keep a copy? You mean a photocopy, or a second original? No, in both cases, if you want that Will to be voided, have it ripped up. Even more so if it is an original copy and you want it voided. If you want to keep that existing Will, keep it with the solicitor, but then I don't quite understand the point you are making? You destroyed your copy, which I assume was an original? Why would you leave either photocopy or original copy with solicitor? Stay without Will or make a new one that suits you. I am against 2 originals, held by 2 individuals, unless there is a reason behind it and it is spelled out clearly in the Will, that it is issued in 2 originals.  Good luck. MS>

Make sure you destroy any originals, handwritten & signed or machine-typed & signed & witnessed.

If you know of any copies, destroy them, too. If you are not sure you have all of them, I suggest you write a new Will the way you want your Estate distributed now and hand it to a person you trust.

Obviously any Will is dated and the newest one is valid, further you usually revoke any prior Wills explicitly. Most important is, the Will spells out who is to be the executor, this is the person who will control all the assets without any supervision at all. There is very few lawyers I would trust. I can give you names if you like, but these are real lawyers and they charge real money. Never saw the point in registering with the Amphur,  as long as you have a friend you can trust to start the process and have an administrator you trust to do the right thing. Good luck. MS>

Who cares gay or straight. Character and personality is what counts. However I never quite get it, when gays make a big story out of being gay and being different and present themselves to the world as true heroes about coming out and let everybody know details about their being gay etc. etc. Know a bunch of elderly gays and they behave just ridiculous many times.....On the other hand some of my best friends are gay and have a great, friendly character.

Anal sex is another story.....Sure nothing that appeals to me, but who determines what is the norm/normal. Not me, for sure. To each his own.
