I have both a fortuna legender an a yaris cross ( for the misses). Can't find a bad thing to say about either. Despite that some are derogatory against the fortuna they don't realise that it no longer uses the hilux train but has its own unique chassis. It also has all the latest features available giving the extra room for trips with family and friends. The cross is an incredible car but i have to sneak a drive. Misses very possessive. Would recommend either depending on your requirements.
Thanks for the clarification. Yes we did get the Yaris Cross. The misses won't let me drive it. It truly is a beautiful vehicle. I didn't see the Corolla option when we got this but I know it available in Australia.
Yes, if you are looking for something a bit smaller than the Everest, Fortuna, etc, Have a look at the Toyota Corolla (called Yaris here I believe) Cross HEV. My wife just bought one and it is superb, no kidding.
I bought the top model Fortuna about 14 months ago. Beautiful car and, despite the comment above, very quiet. Nice to look at as well, a lot better look than the Ford and Pajero.
Would any of you moaners have liked to fly on a plane with leaking hydraulics? I think I would rather stay in the hotel and use the food vouchers offered. I have flown Jetstar many times Bangkok to Melbourne and back, mostly without any problems except during the epidemic where, once, was delayed 8 hours and was provided accommodation and food. As I say, better safe than sorry.
.... except for my Thai 11yo grandson who managed to slip through the auto gates unimpeded yesterday. I didn't know where he had gone! Fortunately there was a manned gate next to the auto gates with nobody there that they let me through avoiding the hugh queues. Found him inside the terminal.
