And the silly games by Thai politicians continue....................... alt=coffee1.gif width=32 height=24>
What a waste of the courts time!!
Please general take us into a new era where such people would never get anywhere near 'politician' status.
Don't worry. If it was up to Prayuth, no people would ever get to 'politician' status.

The image of a bloated carcass without arms and legs comes to mind...?
Take 2 aspirin and lie down in a quiet, darkened room.

Hasn't he already been forced to curb or abandon plans for inheritance/land/property tax?
Looks like seizing control of a country is easier than extracting tax from those with most to lose from it.

If anything there is a surge in using the word surge.
A splurge on the urge to surge?

Is this administration still better than what the reactionaries feared Thaksin would bring? Think on, junta lovers.

Divine intervention!!
Monks are not allowed to gamble!!
It can't be classed as gambling. Otherwise it'd be banned.

I'm particularly skeptical. Can I stay round his house for the weekend?

Just to bring a bit of context in, I would remind my fellow learned posters that blanket amnesties have been a commonly used way to diffuse political tensions in Thailand over the past 80 years or so.
So yes, maybe some people are asking for blanket amnesty because they've got a hardon for Thaksin, but just maybe they are also being informed by the former use of this particular method of solving conflicts.
By the way, don't get on my back as a supporter of blanket amnesties. Try to understand that I'm just describing something, not prescribing it.

I think the military just want more vantage points from which to 'control' future demonstrators. Worked well last time....

The lip service this aggrandized thug pays to Democracy is as nauseating as it is insulting.

I renewed my daughter's British passport at Trendy House a month ago. I found the service to be quick and efficient apart from the silly thing about having to colour copy every page of an empty passport.
Those racists among the readers here who hanker after the Empire should consider - in their twilight years - that time does indeed tend to change things.

The 'final answer' - oh good - only half a dozen more to go.

These geniuses need to realize they are trying to re-invent the wheel. They've got laws already which purport to engender a set of ethical beliefs, why introduce another set when what is really necessary is simply proper enforcement? They look so silly!

If only accurate information was allowed on this site all those who only post for a bash would be out.
Closely followed by those who have no idea of the subject they are posting on.
There wouldn't be many left, that would be great.

This leader will lie about anything to get what he wants. We've all seen abundant evidence for this.

Some drugs relax you
some drugs energize you
and some drugs at some times for some people have been known to 'open doors' and break down 'walls'
maybe that's why they are so restrcited

Maybe they are trying to restore happiness to the people by releasing announcements like this to make us laugh?
As a direct result of reading this very article I now feel 6.37% happier. For the moment.

Considering the significant role he played during the disruption of the previous government's business, and now evidently possessing the power to get the ombudsman to do his bidding, this monk would appear to have the backing of some powerful figure(s). I wonder who they are....
Decree for lifting martial law sent for royal command: Prayut

So Prayuth needs Royal permission to cease Martial Law. Did he need Royal permission to impose it? Just wondering.
