For a Triton or PJS (old) changing to 265 does not affect the car much. You can still turn lock to lock no problems.
My PJS has 255/50/20 which is overall similar in dimension as the original 265/65/17 that were on it.
Anyway FYI:
265/60/18 will increase the total diameter with 3%
255/60/18 will increase the total diameter with around 2%
If you want to keep the exact same ratio you need to stick with 245/60/18 tires
The op will be changing the rims anyway so any experienced shop will set the offset correctly if asked.

265/60/18 or 255/60/18 will fit without problems.

What size are the original ones?

Hey Ian,
I Pm'ed you back already.

At least the Pony was rear-wheel drive. Powered by a decent Mitsubishi engine with the possibility to turbocharge.
It wasn't so bad

I wouldn't even accept cash with all the fake money going around. Wire transfer only please

Or a 1.5L CVT with ECO mode.

Again sorry to hear they can't fix your problem.
Toyota China has a great reputation though as they are one of the first to implement E-CRV for Toyota outside of Japan.
Fully automatic customer follow-up through IPAD, etc. It really is impressive.
My old company tried to get it to come to Thailand, but unfortunately after months of proposing to TMT,
we just couldn't get Thai management to understand the importance of future investing in customer care.
I mean Toyota made a leap forward with G-BOOK and T-CONNECT, but at the dealer side nothing much has changed the past 5 years or so.
They still use the same old E-BOOK as a sales guide instead of implementing digital signage tools for customers (only Toyota Suvarnabhumi has it, because the owner likes digital stuff).
Did TMT revert back to you already?

Did a quick comparison.
Mitsubishi Triton 4x4 Top Grade
1st class insurance (Both AXA)
Belgium: 1,400 euro (55,000 THB)
Thailand: 450 euro (18,000 THB)
So yeah, for most Europeans Thailand will be a lot cheaper.
-
25,000 THB for full coverage and peace of mind. I think that's a very good deal.
First 3 years I was with Tokio Marine through my leasing company.
First year was 22,000, second year was 19,000 third year was 17,000.
During the third year I hit a Honda City in the rear in the parking of Gateway Ekkamai.
It was my mistake 100%. Her car's rear was completely destroyed, my car had a bit of damage on the bull bar.
So the fourth year came and I had to pay 26,000 THB for my insurance. So I did what most did and changed to another company.
18,000 THB first class with Bangkok Bank.
No one is pushing people to get 1st class insurance. Many people drive with 3+ insurance and are perfectly fine.

If the cheque is stamped by the bank, the bank has checked his financials and guarantees it.
HOWEVER, if he just wrote his own cheque without a stamp from the bank then...I wouldn't trust it.
How does one write their own "cashier check" ?
Anything is possible in Thailand.

When I applied for a re-entry permit the immigration office wrote the wrong date of validity on the stamp.
My extension is valid until 1 December 2016, but the re-entry permit valid until 1 January 2016.
I didn't double check and only found out because the immigration officer at Khon Kaen airport pointed it out.
When I returned from abroad I informed immigration at DM about this and they corrected all in the system, but it took 1 hour and a lot of going back and forth with Sakhon Nakhon immigration and DM.
Lesson that I learned was to always double check both validity and class because even if it's not your fault you still got to waste time getting it fixed.
happy the OP got it cleared up!

Our bad. What I mentioned above is for a complete new spray.
1. Removing trim
2. Sanding
3. Priming
4. Paint spray
5. Clear coat
All done in a professional paint booth.

The test is for the Asia Pacific region.
After the tests are finished, they will make a product information and sales guide for the sales staff at Toyota for each country.
Toyota Philippines does sell both the 200 and Prado though, but as it's not offered throughout the region they chose to go for the Fortuner instead.

I've seen quite a few Thai people post about "Cardinal" films.
Does anyone have experience with them? https://www.facebook.com/cardinalfilmthailand/?fref=ts

It kind of reminds me of a platypus.

Unfortunately in Thailand sales figures and quality don't really go hand in hand.
I know, my grandfather (Belgian immigrant to the US) knows all to well about the Japanese and surrendering

My old team is now doing the comparison test in the Philippines between the EV 2.2 - Fortuner 2.4 - PJS - MU-X
I asked them why not compare the 3.2 with the 2.8 Fortuner etc. They said and this comes from inside Toyota: The EV 3.2 is in a different competitor level than the Fortuner 2.8.
Therefore comparing both cars would not be fair.
EVEN Toyota is admitting defeat
-
On a side note, dealer called. Can pick up the EV next week (normally end of this moment. Another side note, I will be in Europe until the end of this month.

Here's a web page with service costs for all Ford models... Knock yourselves out
again I ask why so expensive??? they are a Ford nothing exotic? my 2 year old Vigo 4 x 4 just had 30000 service only 1661.71 baht, semi synthetic oil, perfect for this country, anything more is a total rip off and I would avoid this manufacturer at all costs
What's the Toyota's recommended service interval? 10,000 km? Semi-synthetic should be changed every 10,000. So for a 30,000 km comparison, that's 3 x 1,661.71 = 4985.13
Fords use full synthetic which is good for 15,000 km but it is more expensive than semi-synthetic. So for a 30,000 km comparison, that's 2 x 3,410 = 6,820.
You already appear be happily (?) avoiding this manufacturer.
From a car service shop point of view, please change your semi-synthetic oil every 5,000 km.

I guess that is the best of a bad bunch. What about the range rover style bonnet letters. So Thai style.
There are pages of this tacky stuff hereThis isnt the one i saw today but it's just as terrible. What about the mountain.

That said, I'd buy the auto wing mirror closing on lock attachment
I thought Ford introduced that to Landrover when they owned them
-
Yeah, they don't have it anymore...It starts from 10,000 km.
Best installer for ceramic film?

Previous film: normal lamina -> arms burned nearly off when sitting in BKK traffic.
Now Ceramic Film: arms don't burn off anymore even when sitting in the hot sun. So yeah I do feel a difference.
