  1. 1. Disgusting reply. A : Depends if you decided to choose for only one side. 2. Yes most of the time the stuff is flowing from Israel, When Hamas starts firing missiles and now the biggest slaughter of civilian Jews since the holocaust, then it is wartime. But you know that, so don't act stupid. A : Ah, seasonal "mowing the grass" isn't war. Also expats (Asians and non-Israelis) were killed by Hamas. I regret the ThaiVisa times where discussions were more intelligent and intellectual with acceptable manners. 3. Did you forget there is a border with Egypt? A : No 4. This has nothing to do with WW2 but typical antisemitic garbage equating Israel with Nazis. A : I've described the use of penetration-tunnels during wartime to bypass surveillance. I didn't equate Israelis with Nazis. Again, I regret the ThaiVisa times where discussions were more intelligent and intellectual with acceptable manners.
  2. The answer is in the 3 clips I've posted on the previous page. If you didn't watch it, then I can't help you.
  3. 1. Israel in peace time has been supplying Gaza with food, electricity, and water, but remind me why that is the responsibility of Israel to do indefinitely? A : there has never been peace time since 1948 in Gaza. 2. Are the Arabs eternal helpless children? A : economic blockades, sanctions, no free movements outside , limited work permits, administration, no passage to West-Bank, political interference, etc. from Israel since 1948 3. Can't they develop their own infrastructure instead of building terror tunnels with all the money they get pumped in? A : go ask this to the Jewish and non-Jewish resistant with active service in the Ghetto's, cities and country-sides during WW2
  4. First answer my question please.
  5. Gaza is under Israeli occupation and became under siege. Can the Palestinians of Gaza apply International law? https://www.icrc.org/en/doc/resources/documents/misc/634kfc.htm
  6. No, you've avoided to answer my question about which international law allows Israel to use excessive force on non-combatants. Got at least an another insight from Raz Segal - A Textbook case of Genocide
  7. No, you've avoided to answer my question about which international law allows Israel to use excessive force on non-combatants. Got at least an another insight from Jeremy Corbyn - in line with my worries
  8. No, you've avoided to answer my question about which international law allows Israel to use excessive force on non-combatants. Got at least an insight from Daniel Levy - ex-Israel peace negotiator
  9. Agreed!
  10. Ask about clarification on the Palestinian non-combatants and implication of international law and you will encounter the same strategies at BBC and elsewhere: - deflection - character assassination - no answer to the question - usual drivel = change victim to aggressor even if the Palestinian non-combatants are not member of Hamas - red herrings - straw man arguments - ...
  11. Thanks Sir. Appreciated your time for research on my question.
  12. My reply was based on the diversity of the Palestinian group that is still alive in Gaza and that has nothing to do with Hamas. You've asked me can you just name a few of them. You distorted my answer to the diversity of the victims. After all you needed more time to come up with feedback of International Law allowing collateral damage on non-combatants during war. With your distortion/logic I would have declared following groups in Gaza all died in almost 2 weeks : - all kids younger than 16 y - all press - all medics - all others How about the International Laws to back up that your IDF collateral damage on all Palestinians is legal. Can you provide the links or reference number of international laws applicable?
  13. Paul, I've used his reply to you to pinpoint that targeting individuals is not exclusive on this thread. If you dare to answer on these loaded proposals : you will be labeled (just for fun) as antisemite, Hamas lover, stupid, racist, etc...
  14. Iran participated in the unification of Hamas (Sunni) and Hezbollah (Shia) in the past. The Hezbollah militias reunited as well Shia, Sunni as Catholic fighters during the Syrian war. A direct connection between Hamas and Iran has never been proven, it's only 'suggested' on media platforms.
  15. Just a few of yours: gaslighting, trolling, passive aggression, etc.. https://aseannow.com/topic/1308598-israel-is-at-war/?do=findComment&comment=18431498 you're still banned on there Paul. https://aseannow.com/topic/1308598-israel-is-at-war/?do=findComment&comment=18431518 Whats the small name for Richard Chef. https://aseannow.com/topic/1308598-israel-is-at-war/?do=findComment&comment=18434300 Had a forced holiday have we Mojo? https://aseannow.com/topic/1308598-israel-is-at-war/?do=findComment&comment=18432940 Careful Transam he will report you. https://aseannow.com/topic/1308598-israel-is-at-war/?do=findComment&comment=18433056 Oh I see Thorgals up 555
  16. What has Iran to do with the 7 October Hamas attack? Can you backup any Iranian involvement with Hamas for this conflict with credible links?
  17. Where do these Syrian cargo airplanes land ? Gaza International Airport?
  18. OK, you need to define "all potential future Hamas members" out of this Palestinian civilian population that till today has nothing to do with Hamas ideology or operational structure (religion, army, social). We talk about (not limited to) : all non-combatant people children -16 years medics press (pregnant) women elder How do you select : which are you criteria you use to select your target list?
  19. You need time, because you have no clue...
  20. I love that one. You use the term "if" : (conditional) : this means that the human shields were checked before bombing. International Law : Bombing Combatants OK. Bombing Non-combatants = Not OK How did the IAF F-16 pilot check before dropping his Mk84 bomb(s) (2.000 Lbs) that non-combatants will not be killed by his dropping ?
  21. Just answer the question please : Which international Law(s) allows Israel to justified collateral damage to Palestinian civilians (non-combatant). If you know these laws, please tell them, or did you invent this on the spot (lying) ? Read my posts again : I've never posted that +1Million people died in Gaza since 7 October. You're deflecting and trolling. Sorry, you're loaded question didn't work. You have no information and knowledge about the international law and you need more time to...learn to participate in heavy discussions. There's no merchandising : admit or supply. Sounds almost Biblical.
  22. Just answer the question please : Which international Law(s) allows Israel to justified collateral damage to Palestinian civilians (non-combatant). If you know these laws, please tell them, or did you invent this on the spot (lying) ?
  23. Which international Law(s) allows Israel to justified collateral damage to Palestinian civilians (non-combatant). If you know these laws, please tell them, or did you invent this on the spot (lying) ?
  24. Thanks for your reply Proton, but I've no answer to my question. How do you qualify these killings on the Palestinian People in Gaza with no connection to Hamas. Looking forward to your reply.
  25. You've removed on purpose a part of my quote : - Collateral damage, thus not terrorism from IDF So all these IAF/IDF killings on children, medics, press, women, and others can't be qualified as terrorism?
