  1. Yet another pedophile news article!

[You too, insert your best self-righteous-offended-good-guy comment here, assorted with your most crual death wishes]

Pedophile news articles are the only place where open hateful thoughts are ever allowed in today's society, so don't miss on this once-upon-a-month opportunity! It will make you feel good about yourself and it's free !

    Cheers....it does.

  2. A blunt knife would be appropriate.

If it were my daughter it would have already been used.

I was twelve years old living in a farming community in Western Kentucky. Back then the neighbors would gather at one house about once a month. The local musicians would be there and after the big supper everyone would sit around and enjoy the music. This was before anyone had electricity in the houses. Good clean fun with salt of the earth people. One night after the shindig we heard a neighbor ringing the big emergency bell out in their yard. Most houses had them. My father jumped up and went to their house. During the shindig when no one was home, a man had crawled under the bed of the fifteen year old daughter of the neighbor. To make a long story short, the neighbors sliced his tallywhaker off then put pine tar on the stub so he wouldn't bleed to death.

This is the justice that still needs to be around today in our PC world.

Not to often i am in TOTAL agreement with the Americans, but brother your neighbours deserve a medal & I would buy those gents a beer any day!

    What a waste.

    Of pine tar I mean.

Tattoo 'i am a pedo' just under his eyes would be nice.

  3. When it says 'distributed amongst'....does this mean it is shared by any or all of these with the biggest % to those in line....or it all goes to kids and if no kids, then parents etc

With no will the list goes like this

50% to spouse, 50% split between children.

If no children the 50% for the children works it's way to the next number, ad infinitum.

Foreigner can inherit by will or by 50% rule ....... supposed to sell within 1 year, but they don't check.

If someone complains and forces a check, and you didn't sell in the given time, they just write and warn you, and give you extra time.

And if not married....is it 100% to kids alone ....or ?

  4. according to the law the parents have the biggest share of inheritance, not the husband, so make a will and register it and make sure it will be transferred to you. if she pass away then is yours and you have to sell since you cant own land

    That is not correct actually.

    Thai inheritance laws

Under Thai inheritance laws, which apply when there is no will, this generally means that the assets will be distributed amongst the statutory heirs. Under section 1629 of the Civil and Commercial Code of Thailand there are 6 classes of statutory heirs and they are entitled to inherit in the following order:

    1. descendants
    2. parents
    3. brothers and sisters of full blood
    4. brothers and sisters of half blood
    5. grandparents
    6. uncles and aunts
    7. The surviving spouse is a statutory heir, subject to the special provisions of Section 1635 Civil and Commercial Code.

When it says 'distributed amongst'....does this mean it is shared by any or all of these with the biggest % to those in line....or it all goes to kids and if no kids, then parents etc

As far as I understand it, it goes first to the descendants, if none then to the parents, if none then to 3, then 4, 5, 6 and then 7.

If you as a farang are the first in line then you have one year to sell the land and property, however, if you have young children and ensure that in your wife's will it goes to the children and you become the legal guardian as well as the father then you can live there until the child reaches legal age which I believe is 20 or 21 and they no longer need a guardian.

Always remember to be nice to your kids. You never know when you may need them. rolleyes.gif

But, according to what you said, if she did not have a will and we had kids...it should automatically go to the husband first, then could be transferred to the kids within that year.....or if not married....then it should go straight to the kids...without any issues of going any further to any other relatives.......

  6. Can anyone recommend laptops for 2 kids....specs as below..

1st kid 8yo, mostly for fun and to get to know it, how it works etc in preparation for next years school when they need one for a couple of days a week. Play games, but not online stuff and watch movies etc. Small size, but not those little mini ones.

2nd kid 11yo and needs for school full time and in prep for secondary school next year. Same for games and movies etc. Not the largest ones that are out there.

Both need to be lightweight, slimline preferred and strong, reliable, good long battery life.

Brands, models and why please ?

Not too expensive also...circa 12k for the first one and 15/20k for the second.

  7. As @ krisb was mentioning Thai Visa T shirts (if they exist) IMO Thai Visa T Shirts would probably be a good idea! but needing to be unique, perhaps having to win one for some well thought out deed, or accomplishment or other, would make them sought after and could be a highly respected, and proud to wear item, rather than just another bought T Shirt!. maybe it could attract new members,as well?

How about a "I was banned from ThaiVisa" T-shirt?

Can I have one of these please?

    In preparation right ?

But you would not be allowed into the parties then.

As I like to be mysterious/anonymous regarding my JT identity here, I always thought it would be fun if lots of people were wearing t-shirts saying Jingthing. Then people would wonder is that the real Jingthing? Not like I imagined him! Of course it wouldn't be because I wouldn't be caught dead in a such a shirt. Oh yeah. I'm tripping. Never mind!

    Watch where you walk then.

  9. I Haven't, but I think they are one of the best all round dogs anywhere. Having grown up on a farm i have had many dogs but the kelpie has always been the best. Maybe not the best looking or the most fashionable but the most useful and intelligent dog around.

Yes, equal to the border collie only.

  10. I like it the thought has been raised everyone has to take the time to look in the mirror on a regular basis and ask themselves if they are doing the right thing.

I also like your brain Mr. Diddums

    I'm Fine.... I am fine....

yes you are fine......but did you try the mirrors out ?
