The girls and the bars have most likely had enough of all the cheap b@$tards who just want to take photos of the girls in bikinis (what pleasure you derive this who knows) without spending a single baht in the establishment or on the girls. Maybe try going in and having a beer then on the way out ASK the girls if you can take a photo.

It is essential to prove that the conversation is about assets -not simply property. Specifically assets before the marriage i.e money
A law Company ,local to me, is owned and managed by a Farang. He cannot practice law.
He advises me that he has dealt with many circumstances similar to the OP
If the money trail is visible- typically this means entries in a bank book-then he will take the issue to a Thai judge.
He claims to have never lost a case.
Don't they all say that.

When I was growing up this was very common for young men with cars or bikes to be out racing and making a lot of noise. But times changed and many countries became nanny states putting an end to this with vehicle inspections etc..
Yes and as I get older noise also becomes annoying, but until Thailand decides they want to enforce this law there will be young guys on their constant speed variable noise bikes.

I would add that they should have started 30 or 40 years ago when it looked as though Backpackers enjoyed themselves (I have never been a Backpacker, but seen many of them). I was in Penang about 4 weeks ago, Penang has always been a Backpacker stopping point and there were a few of these backpacker types there. Mainly seen them using some ones free Wifi and looking at their telephone, they could have been just as happy at their mum's house.

Meeting someone else back home

So is the plan to keep this new lady as a 'Mia Noi' ?
As someone mentioned earlier, she is most likely there looking for a husband. Hope her relatives don't have ducks.
