Paying decent advertizing companies sure does pay off.
4 or 5 postings on this forum alone. Imagine how many on all the Thai forums combined! And all for free.
And all associating the company with decent, goodwill emotions that the viewers will psychologically recall when they see the logo from now on.
Brilliant work.

Anyone sense a massive chip on someone's shoulder?

It says Android version: 3.2
I've never updated the version, will do so tomorrow once I'm connected to wifi.

Beautiful Thailand.
True, peaceful, Buddhist paradise.

Will this urgent repair delay their nuclear power plant even more?

My advise is record every conversation you have when speaking to these individuals and any threats they make refer them immediately to the Police.
Not really conductive to a peaceful life in Thailand.
I would probably forget about it all and just take care of my own property. Simply because if it gets to the stage of making demands of Thais, people getting threatened and police getting involved, it isn't going to be a nice peaceful life for you.

^ So I can just replace the 3BB Router, with one that will give off a wifi signal as well as have the LAN to the PC?? The router won't have to be one from 3BB?
If so, that is fantastic.
What do I then need to do to set up the wifi signal once I have connected a new router that gives off a wifi signal? (eg. name: pilm password: 12345) so my tablet will pick it up and I can sign in to it?

I searched for AIS in playstore and, if the screenshot has uploaded, this is the list of apps I get. The second one is the one you want.
Thanks.
Mine just doesn't have it.

Maybe I missed something, but isn't this just Suzuki's version of the Versys, about 40k Baht more expensive and without the dealer support network?
With about 10% more HP, 5% torque, and built in Japan.
So probably what one would get adding a pipe, filter and fuel controller to a Versys, which would probably cost more than 40k anyway, plus you're still left with a modded Thai bike compared to a stock Jap one.

^ I think that's correct actually.
I cannot see any cardslot or similar.
This is it:
Yellow cable goes to the PC.
As it stands, my built-up PC currently has no wireless adapter or whatever to pick up wireless. It would be for my Galaxy Tab.

Would be surprised to see a no competition clause here for that size business and shocked to see it work!
As always in Thailand, don't expect anything close to proper, correct, legal solutions, as standard.

I cannot find the app on Google Play on my Samsung Galaxt Tab 8.9.
Searching for AIS, AIS BPL, CTH, all nothing.
Just type AIS into google play. The App is called 'AIS Mobile BPL'.
Nope. Nothing like that under a search for AIS.
Searching for 'AIS Mobile BPL' returns two Apps: Renkmobile Bilisim Download manager and Thailand Flag 3D free I like my country.
Samsung Apps doesn't have it either.

One ting I not quite understand, how come Suzuki can import this bike and sell it relatively cheap compared to the big Hondas I seen at Honda Big Wing?
Consider that the Thai manufactured Hondas are more expensive in Thailand than in America (after shipping and import taxes) and you may have the answer.

the price is meaningless without understanding what's included and if there is a good regular customer base that doesn't rely on tourists then presumably the figures will speak for themselves. Just ask around how much it costs to equip a restaurant and establish a loyal customer base - the number of (good) places that open and fold are a testament to how people underestimate what a slog it can be.
Just looking at the key money, over a ten year ownership that would equate to 44k p/m before rent, power, staff, products etc. etc.
Let's hope that customer base stays loyal. Never mind all numbers of possible political, social (and even natural) turmoil that is quite probable within that timeframe.
If 5.3m isn't pocket change I would recommend something a bit more stable.
When he sold Happy Pizza, the customer base stayed loyal, and moved to his new place Yummy Pizza.
In the end the new owner of Happy Pizza walked away losing 100% of the key money.
The new owner wasn't very happy that he bought a business with no customers.
If only he listened to people like me.

Common and will almost definitely go away within a year or two.

Print out the page from your embassy's website stating how much a new passport is. I suspect somewhere around 5k baht.
Present it to him and offer him this amount.

How about just fitting them with seatbelts.

We have the 3BB 10 mb 590b package. It cost 800b to set up.
I want to add a wireless option to it. The wife dealt with everything and said they said I could buy a card or something in the future to go into the router to make it wireless.
Anyone ever done it?
Thanks.

Once involved in business here competing with and against Thais, you see that everything has to be bought here.
Everything.
From people who have bought their position or otherwise given it through some sort of cronyism.
Just look at last year with the police and teachers being caught paying serious money to pass their entrance exams.
The Police.
And Teachers.
Paying cash to gain an advantage in their entrance exams.
And not just one or two. The numbers caught were in the hundreds. I haven't seen any follow up of any sort of mass judicial proceedings against them, or any media coverage of such. So presumably all forgotten about in return for some sort of gain. $$$

Is changing Thailand's culture of corruption possible?
No, I think the nature will always be to decieve and lie to gain advantage for oneself.

if you were to invest 5.3 on some thing that returns you well over 20percent per anum,
Per annum.
You know the actual real figures of the business or are pulling figures out of thin, smokey for 3 months of the year, air?
your initial investment of 5.3, will be more like 12+ in years to comeIf you're talking about 'years to come' in Thailand with some sort of certainty, I cannot believe you've been here long at all.
In which case a purchase like this might well be right up your alley, or soi, so to speak.
Hmmm, far as i know, people still eat when its smoky and Thailand was here in turmoil years ago and it will be in turmoil in years to come, but people still eat and survive, but i could be wrong.
It can be hard to educate a fool. Especially a fool in Thailand with money to invest.
Good luck with it.
