I would have thought a reasonably priced house in Jomtien Park Villas that isn't overlooked by the condo behind would sell. Problem is many homeowners buy their house for too much in the first place.

Unfortunately,its not just a Thai thing In the UK I had to deal with many People from India,9 times out of 10 they would either be late or not turn up, perhaps it's because in Asia they are more laid back,and unlike in the west there is no rush,where we rush,rush,rush all the time , here there is Thai time And falang time,I just live with it , my wife tends to be punctual,she has lived in the west and is in business so has to be ,her sister on the other hand is always late,so if say we have to meet her at 12 ,I always say see you at 11.30 ,works a treat

I just gotta this at the BKK Pattaya hospital,last year I walked in got it done for about 900 baht,this year insisted I saw the doc and got weighed ended up 1500 baht,really peed off ,won't use them again ,you can get it free at the govt hospital,but a real pain and you end up spending half a day there,went the year before last

As has been said before if you are happy living like this ,great , to me it would be existing , and as we are only on this planet for a short time i soon realizec that i would never be remembered in history and they were never going to put up statues to me , so i ensured that at least while i was here i was going to make it as comfortable as i could with lots of nice things ,luckily i was able to do this , so while the money and my health lasts i am bloody well going to enjoy it , by the way our bedroom is bigger than the op,s studio .

Yeah it definitely feels like surviving with the little fun we get in our lives but its just a stage in our life and hopefully were come out of it much better soon. I envy the richer people on this forum that have posted about their luxury life compared to mine. I'll get their soon
