I don't need to listen to bar stool banter. I have research it's called an empty wallet three times to Western girlfriends who were common law wife's. So I'm pretty sure I know thank you.

In the UK after divorce there is a court hearing where the judge just listens, parties cannot talk, barristers have to do the talking. All financial stuff is put on paper where the judge has previously read it. At the end the judge states his/her recommendations for who gets what, if any of us disagree with the findings it goes to a full blown court case where the loser pays all the fees...
In my case my ex chose to tell lies in her financial statement which l worked on and she was served with a "Penal Notice" (possible imprisonment...
Anyhoooo, this bloke ended up with around 66% of the pot....
I would still call that a 34% loss.... Depending on your net worth it may or may not be overkill.....
Ask Paul McCartney or Tiger woods how much a divorce costs....

Totally unforgivable! I’ll march down Rama 1 police station and hand my self in!
Sent from my iPhone using Thailand Forum - Thaivisa mobile appI've seen people being overcharged 1000 for a journey that costs 50-100thb
Also seen the other side, used to drink with an American guy who used to give the tuktuk driver 1000 and tell him to keep the change .... It was peanuts to him so who am I to intefere with a deal done between two men?

#MeToo would not be tolerated in Thailand.... Thai men simply wouldn't tolerate it.... Unlike their USA counterparts

Laos, Cambodia and Vietnam I did not fight for. Which neighboring country to Thailand would you rather live in? One of the reasons so many xpats live in Thailand and don't want to move to a neighboring country are a direct result of the attempted Communist takeover of Laos, Cambodia, Vietnam and Thailand in the 1960's. Thailand was the only country to escape the fate of its neighbors thanks to many Americans. Read a bit before you attack other posters.
Laos is a nice location thesedays
Not sure about the villages but I always enjoy Vientiane....

I would have gone somewhere else except my Social Security and VA pension are direct deposit to my Thai bank account and the VA pays for my health care in a Thai hospital (FMP) also medications are cheap and I can buy them from the pharmacy myself. My internet is 200Mbps/100Mbps and the Lotus where I shop has three discount brothels attached that sponsor local farm girls who can attend college and only have to work on weekends and holidays after their homework is done.
I'd go somewhere else if the infrastructure was equivalent and the women readily available for old fellas like myself. Vietnam has monopoly money, Cambodia has Hun sen, Laos and Burma are still in the Middle ages for so many things. Muslims scare me and Singapore is too expensive and Chinese people dirty and spit and poop everywhere. But I'll keep looking.

Sorry, but wrong again. 64,000 for standard model and 67,000 for R model.
This is Thaivisa, not Cambodiavisa.
If you like taking it the ass, the yamaha dealers will be happy to oblige you
I still have the receipt for mine so I know how much I paid

I didn't know they were bringing out a 2018 model, the 2017 hasn't been out long and as they have just bought out some new colours I think you might be waiting a while
The only colours probably ARE the 2018 model...... It's unlikely they would change it so soon
If they do revise it I'd like to see abs disk brakes on both wheels, and a larger fuel tank and a larger box where the cellphone charger is located......
Apart from those minor niggles im not sure what there is to change on it, everything else is better than any other scoot on the market......

I’m not sure where you get $200 from. My cost for Aerox R model with 700km is 46,000baht, 20,000baht cheaper than new. In Thailand we use baht, but I’ll convert that to dollars for you. Savings of $800 buying used. I’ll take the $800 savings. Thanks though.
Brand New are 62k in bkk but you go ahead, Cambodia is cheaper than Thailand too BTW....

Best cardio I have found is stairs,
Gf lives in a condo with ~40 floors to the roof
Start in the basement and walk/jog to the roof as quickly as you can and back down
I usually do about 3 circuits (sometimes more, sometimes less in about 45 min)
If that's too easy, carry a sandbag on your shoulder or a gallon of water in each hand or a weighted vest would do the trick too

It can be stripped of genuine parts and filled up with cheap Chinese parts.
Or perhaps it was 'modified' by the Thai expert that first owned it.
But but but....... He could save $200 on the used one.....
Back in 2010 when the first cbr250s came out I knew a guy who rekt a rental bringing it back to bkk drunk
The insurance said its going to have to be written off because the frame was bent and we got a cheque to buy a new one
A month or two later it was Back in the Honda showroom shining like brand new
I saw the same thing happen to a kawasaki versys even though the insurance said the bike was finished, after the insurance left the dealer said no no
We know how to bend it back....

Good beer can be picked up and drank at any temperature without making a winceing face..... I know you would struggle to do that with a chang but try it with a quality German weissbier

The entire world is up to its eyeballs in debt, both public and private...when this thing finally blows we're all going down...
People I know are doing well.... Albeit some are taking more advantage of credit cards than they probably should be for material goods they don't really need
As Warren buffet says the markets have never *not* recovered from every recession in history so don't buy anything you wouldn't be comfortable holding at least ten years...
It can only get so bad, I don't think we're looking at starvation or mass looting levels... Try and Keep a diversified portfolio of assets and you will probably come out the other side intact but maybe a bit poorer (on paper)

Very true!
And for these tens of millions of people, there is no economic boom!
Since banks reopened on Wednesday, farmers have been queeing, and still are, in order to collect a government handout of 1,000 baht per rai, to help them survive!
It's like in the US where the economy is also booming, but where 95 million working age people are not employed, and 45 million are on food stamps!
In the meantime, it is true that Ferrari has never sold so many cars...so there must be a boom...somewhere...
One of my neighbours bought a new yellow ferrari few days ago..... Very nice but it's difficult to get it into the soi with the speed ramps and I'm not sure what he's going to do when it rains because our street floods quite often
No idea how they can afford them...

What kind of history can a new bike with 1000km have ? lol
Can be rekt in an accident and fixed in the cheapest half assed way possible
(I know this because I've seen it happen when frames were supposed to be scrapped but instead they got everyone in the shop to bend it back into shape)
But you go ahead and save your $200 if it means that much to you....
