  1. I have lived in Khao Yai for 5 years..I LOVE IT!

Once in a great while I see a farang...very quiet, peaceful dark at night all the stars are easy to view.

National Park close by and a great ride for my Big Bike.

I have a Thai gf....... I dont think I could live here without her Thai expertise.

I dont golf but I play tennis daily!

    BTW

Starbucks closed at the Tesco but is still opened in Outlet Village.

  2. Your reply just shows how uninformed you are...have another Chang!

Just REMEMBER this whole situation is far from over..it will continue UNTIL there is an ELECTION!

Once there is an ELECTION then you YELLOW SHIRT Sympathizers will have to be on the side of the REAL TERRORISTS! As the YELLOW SHIRTS will make their move.

So you ask where is the end of this conflict? I think if you study what is really going on here you will find the answer!

Let there be no mistake my shirt is RED!

Get over it! The election already happened and the reds lost. Period. And lost big time in the most recent elections. It does not look good for them in the future...especially if their war chest is locked up and they can't bribe the locals!!!!

Sure, they will still have pockets of supporters in Issan, but the majority of Thailand will not vote their way...

  4. I have much experience with skin tags...unfortunately

    Laser is a bit costly

    IT DOES NOT LEAVE SCARS

DO NOT GO TO BANGKOK PATTAYA HOSPITAL FOR THIS PROCEEDURE

I went there the last time and the doctor was a joke the tags were never removed successfully!

  5. FREEDOM FIGHTERS FOR SURE!

    Heros of Thailand!

What a load of BS. All these people are, are terrorists. That word is over used these days, but anyone who would kill, bomb, burn the residents and businesses of a city are clearly a threat.

After its all said and done it seems that the reds will lose the respect they had earned, and the bargaining chips they had are gone.

Nope, they are freedom fighters going to extraordinary lengths to achieve the outcome most of us take for granted.

Is the French Revolution regarded as acts of terrorism? Did anyone call the Greece rioters terrorists? And you haven't seen the last of Europe in flames either, guaranteed.

And it really is none of our f**king business...

  6. Everyone should listen to this guy he knows what he is talking about!

These ignorant red shirt peasants need to be kicked back to the rice fields where they belong! It does not matter that they out number the yellow shirts 10 to 1!

It does not matter that they have repeatedly gone to the poles and watched as their peasant vote has been thrown away by the yellow shirts.

It does not matter that Thailand is an agricultural society and these red shirts peasants supply the world with rice.

What matters is that the yellow shirts have been inconvenienced by this "sit in" and they need to put things back in yellow shirt order!

Some times when "THE TAIL WAGS THE DOG" the dog turns around and bites his tail off!

This guy summed up the feelings of the yellow shirts..."Red shirts are just ignorant peasants that belong in the rice field and they should have no say in who governs the country that they support"

If all, multi/yellow act instead of just talk they can easily kick the peasants back to the paddies.
  7. I agree some of those Red Shirts are my adaptive family!

You people should be ashamed of yourselves.

We are talking about an ARMY possibly slaughtering civilians who are armed with just sticks and rocks for self-defence.

I'll bet none of you know the history of the Thammasat students who were slaughtered in 1976.

Have you seen the pictures or the video?

What is wrong with you people?

Are your business interests at stake or what?

You should be held as guilty as those who may possibly murder many innocent men, women, and children.

Why don't you go back to your home countries and kill your own people.

  8. When you are retired here..it really is a lifelong vacation..thank you Thailand! I love it here!

I have already told my parents my children and my friends if they want to see me "Get on a JET Plane!..Even though I came here by train!

First of all I'd like point out that I am genuinely interested in finding out where golf in this country is cheap…!!!!?? Where!!!?? :)

I guess a common misperception of who are actually living here is biased by habits and friends. But for us who didn't actually sell everything we owned in order to come here and hang out in a bar 24/7 and hump cheap hookers, life isn't that bad. In fact, I can't see anything changing for me, and I can't see any reason why it would change in a near future.

If the advice of yours is directed to those who came to Thailand under conditions likely to be described as organized, then I'm sorry to tell you that they are probably not in minority and they are not likely to listen to your advice.

I believe there are a large number of people living in LOS for all sorts of dodgy reasons – they simply can not return to their home country for economical or legal reasons. I also believe there are a number of people here that ended up I LOS after a holiday trip with friends, during which they fell in love with the easy going life of hanging out in bars and get shagged by a fit 18-year old every night. Living in LOS is not a holiday, you have to earn your place and living, and that's probably where a majority of them got it all wrong and came here under the conception it would be a lifelong vacation.

  9. I feel exactly the same way I have been here 5 years with a beautiful generous young lady and my life has never been better!

Thailand is my home and The USA is a memory!

I came to Thailand in 1991 because of a good job offer. When the economy crashed here I remember very well sitting in the big bird at Don Muang. My thoughts were that I was getting out of this backward little country and was NEVER coming back.

After two weeks in the PC and expensive Kalifornia kingdom, I began to think of ways to come back to this backward little country. I don't intend to leave again. My rare visits back to the US make me absolutely positive that I made the right decision. Thailand is my home.

I can tell you that the grass always looks greener on the other side. I actually believed that and found it wasn't true.

  10. I really don't like you guys who take a broad swipe at Bar Girls!

Bar Girls are made of of many types and personalities..some are good and some are bad but if you just write off a girl just because they work in a bar you are making a BIG mistake!

Right. My salary here is more than double what I would get in Australia. The house I bought here would cost triple in Australia.

***Handy tip: Don't get involved with a bar girl. That's a free one.

  11. Yes I agree what a disaster this is...all the result of a coup by Yellow shirts.

If I have to wear a shirt mine certainly would be RED!

6000 hard core reds. That sound manageable.

Pity they did'nt crackdown on the yellows previously, if they had of, maybe the reds would'nt have copied them. The two airports and government house were occupied without any resitance from the army or police. Double standards.

    Broken record.
