i tried my new TCL on Dry mode and it set the temperature at 23⁰ no change in fan which was set on low, 1 bar. From what I've read dry mode only useful when temperature not hot but high humidity, which means not that useful for Thailand so i doubt I'll use it again

Except every post on google comes up with Dry mode being cheaper and more efficient due to the compressor working at lower speeds. But says only use Dry mode for short periods like a couple hours

Speedtest seems to show speeds available in the area with your provider, it doesn't show what your actual speed is, testmy.net shows actual speed. That's certainly the case with mobile data, may well be the case for wired data but I'm not sure, either way i agree it's confusing, but streaming i use 10mbps no problem

isn't 23⁰ too low? i also have TCL and on cool mode 25-27⁰ easily low enough, actual temperature usually down to 1⁰ lower than unit. But i hear that dry mode is cheaper than cool mode, which I don't understand if it's colder than cold mode

What you did was what Pattaya Expats suggested to me, works but crazy that we have to find a way round the system because the appointment system doesn't work properly, people should be given queue tickets in the right order

A top box is a real benefit, cameras helpful in an accident, the others suggested i wouldn't bother with, certainly don't change tyres until they're worn. Believe it or not the Japanese design these bikes very well -

Unlikely, I've checked this extensively before, the initial rate used in pending is just a temporary rate, when it gets posted it's the proper rate for the day of transaction, i checked this numerous times and it was exactly right. Halifax claim it's still 0% commission so most likely it's the Mastercard rate that's got worse

People are milling around the entrance door for the 8.30 opening, you'd probably need to be at the front to have a chance of that working, straight away they start calling ticket numbers
