    You'll need a residency certificate for licence and purchasing a car or motorbike. Getting a yellow book really isn't worth it in Pattaya, life's too short

    i like to smash in the white sugar, when exercising and smoothies, fruit just isn't sweet enough

    I haven't read the previous posts but basically focus on reversing the pre diabetes, i eat loads of carbs and sugar, no issues if healthy and fit, insulin works as it should, doing it's job

    It's really easy, but yes much smaller than back home, but many of these big condos just have loads of empty space

    Unixx is the tallest so better views also close to baht bus route and walkable to central. Others mentioned are Kasetsin area, my least favourite option

    i arranged everything on Line, got the docs etc then when i picked up paid in full. I went back for the white plate and green book after about 3 weeks. The Lead just isn't that popular, some people don't like the smaller wheels, a know someone who bought one and just didn't like it, didn't feel right. I would like a little more underseat storage though for a good full face helmet, but I don't want a bigger bike, no need

    yeah my golf course outside Pattaya is getting very dry, grass yellow, ponds very low, need big rain soon

    As you should know Landlord and agents usually have spare keys, you get paranoid about that also?

    I agree but there's people on here that think their seaview is the best thing on earth and a high floor to see the sky, seeing mountains and trees is much more interesting
