that's for hand holding and getting the appointment, cert of residence (300 baht) and dr cert (150 baht) extras. The 5k agents charge include those things? -
only 2+ years ago was beach road pavement completed, now dug up again

My massage lady takes falang to get driving licences for 1000 baht, agents charge circ 5000 baht -
Finding the right massage lady is trial and error, some know the pressure to apply, some have one pressure only, others too soft or too strong, it's not as easy as it looks
