i like darkened quiet massage shops, if its noisy or busy with customers it's not very relaxing. A couple weeks ago a Russian with tourettes made it an unenjoyable experience. With any massage incl foot massage i get it to end with head massage. Trial and error finding someone who does it how you like -
Often caused by lack of salt. If exercising and getting cramps eating some salt normally does the trick at stopping it. If you're sweating a bit have an electrolyte powder every day, a box from pharmacy or one from 7 Eleven for 6 baht

"Good customers" could also be called "mugs" i.e. pay anything to impress some bar girl, additional i.e. because the guys have such low self esteem they need girls to like them

Cheap Charlie is a bit of a negative term for someone who doesn't throw money around, that's usually a sensible thing back home. Here a proportion of people show off about throwing money about, some have money to back it up, some will run out of money so as for name it depends

give us some feedback after on wrlife. I'm pretty sure Pacific Cross don't cover cataracts -
English is ok, not perfect, but you'll have a good English speaking nurse close by. On the subject of meds, you'll go to the cashier to pay (ground floor), ask for the list of meds before you pay, then you move to the right where the pharmacist is and they'll take them off. I would take a photo of the list so you can buy elsewhere easily. I didn't discuss taking the meds off with the Dr, i just did it, mine where basic bill padding stuff
