  4. If people didn't let themselves get so overweight they wouldn't need one of these starvation diets. Monitor your weight once a month or two and see if going up or down and work out why.   25. You haven't answered the question, do you know those side sois very close by? they are very close to the soi in question and it's easy to choose an alternate soi
