As for the figures,looks like you could do with some carbs, BMI 21.5 for me would be about 67kg, no thanks, maybe eat some rice and potato.   19. eggs do cause bad cholesterol to go up, not high carb intake (rice, Potatoes, bread), also plenty of people eat loads of sugar incl me with low LDL so that's cobblers too
  20. I used to have 2 hour thai massages daily years ago, the problem is they find any injury and make it worse, don't mention it or it's even worse still. Now i just like a foot massage which includes more than feet and Oil massage when i want a relaxing massage and a bit of the other maybe
