  15. If they monitor along the way it won't lead to obesity or diabetes. Often these people on extreme Keto and IF type diets were obese, probably high BP, which made them switch to an extreme diet, no need to if you eat a balanced diet and don't let yourself get fat

For meals i eat until full, some restaurant food portions are too small so i come home and top up. if I'm hungry in between meals i eat carbs and fruit, not junk like crisps, chocolate bars, pastries etc. If someone is insulin resistant obviously that's an issue, if not no problem, it's ok to have insulin spikes. It's nice eating when you want, feels better. All blood numbers, BP, RHR are good, I appreciate that's bad news for the low carb people

  18. Getting a cleaner is only about 500 baht. When i stayed in an apartment (not condo) for a while weekly cleaning was included

The place to go as recommended further up is Ratanakorn market on Thepprasit, best to go morning as they are closing up from then.   23. You could get your kidney function tested every 6 months or so if concerned, blood test 100+ baht. Diet change is the key though then come off PPIs ASAP

  25. You should get blood work done though, earlier the better to confirm you're on the right track. If you leave it much later you end up going on these extreme keto\atkins and IF type diets, unnecessary if you are careful along the way. Interesting in that vid that the American Heart Assocation says max 5% fat a day
