I don't know why farang wet their knickers about giving Decathlon an email address. I've never received spam from them in maybe 7 years. An advantage is you don't need to keep a receipt you can logon and see your purchase

Yes it's diluted, lot's of youtube videos about it, some people seem to use it daily, I'll just use it to stop a sore throat which it did in this case -

I used the bottle in the op with the klean and kare saline solution and worked easy enough, my cold crashed and burned after 5 days so didn't really need it, anyway I'm set for next time, also bought some salt sachets -
