What's your experience of Walking St just prior to covid or are you guessing? the street was busy and not just Chinese, people going to lots of different places. It was going strong, for me it was the best it's been in 7 years

any side effects? i got zilch for the first one, second one next week

no idea i only went to places that were good and usually busy. It's like everywhere, businesses will cash burn until they eventually close. Shark agogo always amazed me how it lasted, always few customers compared to everywhere else. Walking St can be excellent if you find say 3 places you really like, who cares about the rest

MrJ2U is correct, many places in walking street were packed, some of the best agogos you couldn't even get a seat such as Pinup and Palace. Insomnia very popular also. Of course there will be empty places too. Far better than LK Metro which I always avoid

Landlords need to share the pain 50/50 at least, often they aren't. My barber says she's got a 25% reduction, that's not fair, more should walk away until covid is definitely over, no more waves closing businesses
