was in PranBuri village to do some shopping . when a Mr Magoo..( thick glasses and all ) did a Thai style pull out without looking .. clipped my back fender area .. ( luckily it was an old 2004 Honda ) when I pulled over and got out he went into full yelling mode.. all the shop keepers were there laughing hard as hell when I pointed up to a pole with a security camera.. well the local boys showed up and suggested we all drive over to the PB station.. We called our "Red Box" "Captain P" and he arrived at the station within 10 mins to help sort it out. then his insurance agent showed up and after a very brief inspection and using science to show the direction of the scrape mark Mr Magoo had to reach in his pocket and fork over 2000 Baht on the spot...

FYI July Aug Sept are the best shopping months.. lot's of open properties if you go to a real estate they will only show you their listings you can literally walk into any condo building and go to the rental office they will be all too happy to take you in and see what is available If you have a day or 2 to play around you can drive thru any of the small villages just off the main drag ( Phet Khasem Rd.) there are dozens and dozens of houses for rent just call the # on the sign out front .. 15k-30k no problem closer to the beach front the higher the price .. literally 5 minutes outside of city center is Khao Takiab some very nice buildings with rentals / pools and just for an FYI so you can see it in action check out this funny video from one of the locals on how to go house hunting

Oh.. you don't love her that much ? so I had to fork over a second.. ha ha ... Then at the end of the party when I went to retrieve my shoes .. i noticed her cousins all wearing sh*t eating grins,, so I paid 1 envelope and got 1 shoe back then ( me being somewhat of a smart ass..) I had some blanks with me and handed 1 over to get my other shoe back ... funny as hell when he opened it and it was empty. ( and we are still good friends to this day )
