I'm LIVING proof ! at a minimum I eat 600 grams and up to 1000 of beef daily ( ps I eat at least 6 eggs a day as well and lots of butter) Blood pressure is great , Blood work is great, A1C is great, Gums are pink and healthy, plaque /tarter at a bare minimun..dentist is impressed.. daily consitution optimal, and yeah.. that "thing" works great too .....
