I suspect it will work like this no limits on number of times but when its office you are using to live in Thailand full time it will be highly recommended you get a "O" visa or another 12 month visa that describes your stay more accurately.

I have a retirement visa and my wife a dependent visa .We hired a lawyer for the initial visa during covid and then have done it ourselves since.In Chiang Mai it has been a pleasant and easy experience..We speak a bit of Thai and live in a fairly remote part of Chiang mai province so we stay a night in a hotel and the immigration people have actually sped the process up so we could get home in time to feed the dogs and not drive in the dark .

It does make sense to address the ability of foreign buyers to work and contribute to the country they can buy property and live in.Otherwise you will end up with a lot of old retirees and people who are willing to bend or break the law to earn a living here .I realize there are legitimate ways to work and invest here but none of them give any long-term confidence or the ability to feel safe .I don't believe even permanent residency gives you and automatic right to work or own land or own more than 49% of a business.Without changes to those policies foreigners are not encouraged to buy. I also think it would improve the quality of applicants.

It's not just Thailand.In fact I find customer service much better in Thailand than the majority of the other countries including those "first world countries" .Number of weeks you need to book in advance to get your oil changed in a car. Etc etc etc.Dealing with customer service for telecom companies .

My experience having bought probably 20 lap tops is stay away from Acer..have had at least three non impressed with build quality or longevity. Worst lap top was surprisingly an HP that shorted out every time I picked it up by the the lower right corner when the screen was at 90 degrees.Also the most expensive over 20k. I'm sticking with Asus or second hand Lenovo refurbished...good warranties and if you buy from the same shop that does the refurbishing it's out of warranty they will fix inexpensively

I just had a colonoscopy and endoscopy at the Centre for medical excellence across from Sripat in Chiang Mai. Cost for everything was under.30,000 baht including biopsies for celiac. I think the endoscopy only would not be more than 500usd. Lots of English spoken

A very very long time ago I stayed in a quite new guest house in Chiang Mai. The price was 80 baht a night. I fancied one of the receptionist so hung out in the lobby quite a bit. One time some Thai people came in and ask how much for the night. The person on the desk said 120 baht a night. After they were finished...I pitched up and ask .How come you charge them more.The reply "Oh Thai people would think room no good ,dirty for only 80 baht. Double pricing works both ways .

Buddy and I were working on opposite sides of house up on ladders using hammers.Suddenly I hear this god awful shouting ,screaming and swearing from his side. I drop everything to race around to see how badly injured he is.What I see is John screaming at my dog and trying to kick him.
