I do appreciate all responses. Maybe I’m just a bit messed up here.
I live in Buriram. I travel on little one or two day trips with my wife and we stay at hotels. I usually register with my alien ID card. Last week we went to Chiang Mai for a couple of days. My marriage extension is under consideration and I am to report back on the 18th when my 90 day is due as well.
Reading several posts about online reporting and now the new crackdown on tm30 I just wanted to try online reporting.
I have to go back with my bank statement and bank book updated on 11 th.
Should I have done a tm30 when I came back home to Buriram?? Should I mention it when I go to Immigration in a couple days?

Have you ever successfully compeleted a 90-day report online? I'd try the web-based interface first. There is a long thread pinned here re: using it.
https://extranet.immigration.go.th/fn90online/online/tm47/TM47Action.do?cmd=acceptTerm
To use the Sec 38 app (TM30) you need to first register, then wait for a username and PW.
Tried three times in last hour without success. Get a pop up saying to learn more go to Immigration.

Anyone know what the section 38 application in the App Store is called? I can’t find it.

Note that the file saving and viewing is now working. (Android v.1.0.19)
I can download and view both the Approved Application, and "The Next Appointment" PDFs.
Well done.
But not for ios

What report are you wanting to do. The one you mentioned is for doing 90 day reports.
For TM30 reporting it is Section 38.
If I understand correctly there are 3 sections to the application however I can not register so can’t give first hand info.

OK, like you my 2nd July transfer also arrived via the Kasikorn 'SMART interbank transfer system. Today I contacted the BKK call centre to clarify exactly what that system meant. They said it was reserved just for third party transfers that chose to use Kasikorn (or in the case of TW, also TMB) purely as an intermediary bank in the chain that ends at the BKK Account. They were of the TW system, the problems that have occured and that TW were updating their system over the last few days.
Although it won't show up directly as an International Transfer on any BKK bank statements or letters, They told me that if I went to my own branch of the BANGKOK BANK (not Kasikorn) they will give me a letter confirming the origination of the transfer. You must request this letter within six months of the original SMART transfer.
When requesting a letter to show internal transfers for our extension renewals the Smart Transfers will NOT show up as international transfers on their own but the letter they provided will be acceptable proof that it's an international transfer.
Hopefully I'll go to my BKK branch on Wednesday to see what happens. I'll also contact TW to request that all transfers go directly to BKK before doing another transfer on Friday.
However, I would check with your immigration office to see if they will accept this because I have read elsewhere that they will NOT.

Immigration apparently updated their application for foreigner reporting. I have read reports that the Android app works but many using iOS say no. App is IMM eservice.
I’m using iOS. Downloaded the app. Restarted phone, several times, reinstalled app several times and I just can not get it to show up in the application list nor can I register in the application.
Anyone else have any experience with this?

Unless accepted by Bangkok Bank to write letter or immigration accepts it is not worth one iota however. Hopefully it will be.
Let us know how that goes. I have been told the opposite.

Is it any different than a wealthy sugar daddy in a western country having a blonde bimbo as his arm candy, buying her expensive gifts and paying her rent? You don't think old Hugh Hefner (when he was alive) was bonking all those stunners for free?
Nope

Home build in Buriram was completed last year. There is a one meter wide sidewalk around the perimeter of the house. The concrete was dyed and stamped.
It was poured from two trucks, purchased from the same place the other 15 truck loads I have used over the last 5 years have come from.
6x6 mesh was used for strength. No vapor barrier.
Now I have a lot of surface rust spots and several areas where it appears it is rusting from the inside out and is causing 1cm holes surrounded by much larger rust stains.
The first load has no rust spots. The second truck load is where the problem is.
We used a lot of terra-cotta tile in other areas and put a shiny sealer on all of it. My builder asked if I wanted the walkway shiny too. I said I prefer the natural look. He never said the cement needed to be sealed and we could use something not shiny.
I have looked around the village, no one used sealer and no one has rusted pitting concrete.
I contacted the retailer and suggested the problem lies with a bad batch of concrete. The salesman’s first response was that it happens all the time here due to poor quality of sand. They sent out their expert who determined it was a sand issue. He said he contacted my builder who told the sales rep that I refused to have it sealed! Well the builder left before finishing sealing the terra-cotta so I can’t imagine he would have done the sidewalk!!
I contacted the owner of the shop who said he is going to contact the supplier of the concrete to come see if he can determine what is causing the issue. He is indeed trying to help.
At this same meeting the salesman said the concrete should have been sealed and sealers are used all the time like in the big warehouse stores. Ok so if used all the time you have in stock, right? NO. Ok so if used all the time you can order? Sure let me get the PC and we will pick the best product. 5 minutes of thumbing through catalogs and brochures neither even found the page listing any sealer. Quite obvious they had not sold any as if they had it would be on the shelf or they would know exactly where to look. <deleted>.
SO, now, awaiting second expert. Builder drops off bag of the coloring agent said drill out the rust spots fill and use sealer. Wait, why is this now my responsibility to repair??
However my biggest issue is if I do as described will that prevent further rust and pitting, or will the sealer trap moisture in the concrete making it worse??
I look forward to and appreciate any information that those experienced in these matters may share!

No one forced them to become illegal aliens. They could have walked the other way and avoided the whole situation. They need to be responsible for their own actions!

JB weld if you can find it. Try a good auto parts store. You may end up taking it apart and replumbing it.

The country called, he answered. The country called, I answered. Is going to foreign countries, invading and killing people who never posed a threat somehow a noble deed?
Whether he is guilty or not will have to be established in a court, but using his status of hired killer to somehow suggest a higher moral standard is very questionable.
You have no clue, clearly never served, and your opinion matters not!

Just remember divorce or separation is like death. You loose a family member. There will be good days and bad days. On the bad days you have to pick yourself up by the boot straps, and do something that makes you happy. Favorite coffee shop, pastry shop, or explore new surroundings. Just don’t sit around listening to sad songs!

If you are near Buriram you can take it to Buriram Ruangsangthai and they can sort out the pump while you shop. They sell a lot of these pumps and have parts in stock for repair.

What kind of pump?
Do you mean tap or valve on the diagram?
Check to see if your holding tank is nearly full.
Check toilets as suggested. Wipe the bowl dry above the water line. All it takes is a little trickle to make the smaller pumps cycle like that. If your water is high calcium you may have deposits on the seal of the toilet tank. I’m betting this is the problem.

Immigration application
in Thai Visas, Residency, and Work Permits

Ended up going to Immigration to update tm30. Passport scanned, three or four clicks of the mouse and done. The lone IO was busy so I didn’t ask any more questions. He just said be sure to update within 24 hours of returning if you go out of the district. I gotta get this mobile application to work!!
