It’s brakes. With ABS you will not see skid marks as this would have been a panic response and ABS would most likely engaged allowing the driver to maintain control. It is just human nature to keep your eye on the bad thing and steer towards it. That’s why so many drunk drivers rear end police cars on the side of the road conducting traffic stops. The pretty flashing lights are an attraction. 

Chasing the target!

It is a simple liability issue. Get a weapon out of the armory and who knows how it is sighted in. Have your own and there is no excuse for not being accurate with it.

Warrants are usually serve during a set time. Maybe Thailand has 6 pm as the usual cut off and article 44 allows the time limitation to be lifted.  Just a guess on my part. 

In the land of no health and safety regulations yes a dozen Thais would just rush down in their flip flops and end up adding to the death toll. 

Roads are for vehicles. Pedestrian in roadway puts the pedestrian at fault unless driver tried to hit her then that changes everything.

I'm looking for real life experiences based on steel or fiberglass filter system not holding tanks. First thought was to search this site but nothing came up.

Already had water tested and advised what I need. Just want to know if stainless is better or not.

I need to install a filter system and need to get real life experience feedback. I have seen the photos of corroded stainless tanks but they never indicate age or location of install. Which system do you think is best? I don't need an automatic backflush system. Thank you in advance.

Worked like a charm. 10 minutes in line, a look at the casino, purchase some duty free stuff and back to Thailand with 1 year permission to stay stamp. Off to immigration office this week for multiple entry permit. Thanks for the help.

I thank you all for the helpful details. One last question: I am close to Chong chom. Will they give me a one year permission to stay stamp if I do a border hop there?

Yes I have non-o A visa

I went to immigration for my 90 day report and asked the officer since my visa expires in June and my permission to stay ends in January next year (I traveled out and returned in January) do I need new multiple entry permit in June he said yes.

What I didn't ask is if I do travel at end of this year (visa expired permission to stay stamp valid), when I return will I still be on the same status or will they stamp me back in as tourist?

Bottom line is should I do the extension now or just the entry permit?
