    I would recomend a n XP Deus 1 or 2 ,being very light and all parts are connected bywifiso no cables dangling everywhere,itfoldsup small in a backpack .batts included ,ou can discriminate between junk and precious metals ,ring pulls and paper foil is a nuisance, beaches are your best bet where plenty of lost gold chaines and amulets lie ,buried .apps are not needed but go terrain maybe usefull

    Amlodipine and occasional ramipril tabs , but I find my regular hikes uphill brings my bp down the next day very low ,no doubt strenuous exercise helps bring my bp down

    I found changing the back wheel on an e-bike a pain so have loaded the back wheel with a sealant to cope with small holes ,it’s said to help fill small holes ,so will see if it works ,on a pas bike
