  1. There is ample evidence that the Trump family is corrupt. There's absolutely zero doubt that putin and his cronies are corrupt. Do you have any evidence about Zelensky?
  2. Do you know what consensus means? Decisions must be unanimous.
  3. I am assuming that you are American - if not, I apologise. Your president has spent the past month trash talking the victim of Putin's aggression whilst not making one negative word about Putin. Last week he made clear that if Putin attacked Estonia or Lithuania, both NATO countries, he would not permit NATO to defend them. He has, effectively, ruled NATO to be nothing more than a fig leaf. Putin has already wreaked havoc across Europe with his terrorism and indiscriminate murders; he is meddling in democratic elections across my continent. And you have the gall to tell Europeans to wake up?
  4. OK, you are scared too. Nato is worthless and MAD is a fallacy. Look up Chamberlain and you will see the parallels. Or maybe you won't.
  5. Then why so nice to Putin? Is it only trump who is scared? Are you willing to acknowledge that he is the instigator here?
  6. That certainly makes you more mature than either Trump or Vance who have done nothing but criticise the victims whilst staying pliantly dumb about the aggressors in this tragedy - not that anyone expected much else from them.
  7. What's truly appalling is that after 3 years of a country being invaded by a foreign aggressor and the rest of the world trying to support it in the face of undeserved atrocities, all the maga apologists come suddenly appear trying to shore up their beloved, compromised and truly woeful clown of a leader when he shows just how utterly devoid of decency, honesty and integrity he truly is. Shame on you.
  8. Let's hope that the more courageous leaders of the world maintain Russian sanctions, and that putin remains answerable to the world for the war crimes he has perpetrated. I suspect that Trump will do his upmost to protect his boss but you have to keep hopeful that justice will prevail. If not, what else do you have?
  9. Congratulations to Vladimir and Russia, who have won the cold war. I never expected the US to fold so completely and with such a pathetic display of simpering compliance but I guess they have been routed from the inside.
  10. Nothing to do with Trump. COP26 was ditched internally by the end of 2023 by more than just BP. It's just that now they feel the it's safer to acknowledge it.
  11. Started off middling but quickly showed their true colours when they mentioned 'the woke agenda' and 'snowflakes' in the same paragraph.
  12. There is a very interesting podcast by the economist David McWilliams who points out that many of the economic indicators in the UK are worse than Greece just before it was bailed out by the IMF - and suggests that we could be heading in that direction too.
  13. Do you think that the price of US steel going to remain static as demand for it increases?
  14. There you go Mr Berry, regressing discourse one post at a time.
  15. If it is in line with the poorly researched guff that Vance came out with when he demonstrated his inexperience as a politician whilst he visited Europe, I think I will pass, thanks. As there has been nothing credible ever posited elsewhere, I assume it will be the same nonsense.
  16. I think it is now permissible under the new era of 'free speech' and the right to make the Heil Hitler sign.
  17. Can you provide examples of how free speech is stifled in Europe?
  18. So why not discipline them in respect to their fitness level, and apply that same criteria to all service personnel?
  19. Genuine question - is it normal for the VP to take the driving seat when Potus meets a visiting president? Is Trump not capable of running the show himself or did he simply need his attack dog to deliver a more coherent dressing down?
  20. My opinion is no more or no less relevant than yours. It was conjecture such as yours that painted the Southampton attacker as a Muslim asylum seeker which, in turn, sparked off the great gammon riots of 2024.
  21. You missed out the words 'A minority of' at the start of your sentence. 6 in 10 Britons hold unfavourable opinion of Donald Trump and Elon Musk https://www.ipsos.com/en-uk/6-10-britons-hold-unfavourable-opinion-donald-trump-and-elon-musk
  22. Yet you are willing to make assumptions of your own, ones that would fail any standard journalistic test. By all means question the BBC's rigour and approach, but it's somewhat ironic that you so readily fill in the blanks in a story because it suits your own narrative.
  23. So you don't know. That would have been easier to write, would it not?
  24. Is the mother a member of Hamas?
