How do you do that in France. Do you have website. Tried   FRANCE PACKAGE TRACKING | Parcel Monitor and couldn't find.

I have sent a Track and Trace letter to my French Pension company on the 8th November and from checking online (see below) it has not yet arrived. Anybody have experience on how long this should take and if there is a way of reporting its non delivery if that is what happens.

My Thai wife needs to have a Covid test on 5^th / 6^th December (Thai holiday) preferably in Pattaya. Any suggestions?

That said, there are potential pitfalls to long term use of omeprtazole and similar drugs (include increased bone loss and Vit B12 deficiency and their sequelae) . Certainly should not be taken regularly long term if not absolutely necessary.

Other studies have found that a slightly increased dosage of levothyroxine was needed in people taking PPIs like omeprazokle, this would become obvious on repeat blood work and your doctor will adjust as necessaey

 

The potential issue is not any dangerous interaction but rather that the reduction in gastric pH caused by omeprazole (and similar drugs and antacids) might decrease absorption of levothyroxine i.e. you might need a higher dose to get the desired therapeutic response. Your dosage will in any case be adjusted based on your labs so that will take care of it. 

 

A 4 hour time gap is unlijley to make much if any  differnce

Many people take omeprazole (and related drugs) long term, some for years. Long term use  does have its down sides,  but for some people it is unavoidable. By definition, anyone taking it has "digestive problems", why else would it be prescribed?  Even when taken short term (e.g. for healing an ulcer or gastritis) the necessary duration is much more than 14 days. As to whether you should be taking it long term, depends entirely on what it was prescribed for.

I am now taking my Euthyrox tablet 1 hour before breakfast and my Omeprazole 20mg tablet 30 minutes before breakfast every day.

After reading some information on a website today I have 2 queries.

It says that to be affective, these 2 medications should be taken at least 4 hours apart.

It says that Omeprazole should not be taken on a continuous basis and recommended 14 days and then stop for 4 months unless experiencing digestive problems.

Anyone have any useful advice to give me.

Many thanks for that useful info. You suggest then that I transfer all my existing  Xcell and Word files to Data D and maybe photos too. Do I ensure that all new  ones I create go to Data  D as well by moving the documents file.

What plan are you currently on? If post paid you'll need to contact AIS to change it otherwise you'll still be billed whether you use the internet or not.

After several attempts I managed to contact AIS and from next month they will cancel my internet connection payment.

When I checked the ones that said they were free, it said a free 7 day trial and then you pay. From my experience with these free trials once you have given them your bank details it is then very difficult to cancel your subscription. Do you know one that is really free with no need to pass on your bank info.

Do you know why the erase feature at the top of the PDF file doesn't work?

I am trying to erase some data shown on a PDF file. I have clicked on the erase symbol at the top of the page and dragged over the desired area with no affect.

Any ideas?

Halleluiah!!!!  I have managed to print it out. It has an

my old address on it  from 5 years ago but I will wait until November, get it signed and then I will try to send it back with a note advising them to update the address. If that doesn't work I will send it via the post with a letter explaining that they had my old address on the certificate.
