What a great website that is
Next Live Event : WMF Championship 2014 on 23-03-2014 at 17:00 Thai time.If they want poeple to turn up maybe someone could let everyone know the ( secret ? ) location of Thailand's only air conditioned boxing stadium.
That's not the main site. That's for the event only. It's at mini siam next to the McDonalds. Google is your friend:

There is an international boxing tournament going on at Thailand's only air conditioned boxing stadium. Entrance is FREE. For times or to watch online: http://www.pattayaboxingworldlive.com/

Well my Mrs is fluent in English, Spanish and Thai while I am fluent in only English, can jumble a bit of Thai together if hard pressed, and like tapas.
Works for us.
Thais look good, have good food, and give good massages but once you've met a sweet Filipina, very hard to consider any other nationality, in my opinion. They win hands down in taking care of the man.

March 18:
Started a search engine optimization business. Getting clients on day 1 through direct marketing. I've got a new lease on life! Happy days. Thank you for all your input.
All to say, I still think friends should help a friend and not consider the friend in need a pest. I won't forgive my rich friends who didn't even want to know the amount I needed (3000-10,000 baht). I would never say no to a friend if I could afford it and that's the bottom line.

Hmmm, should I go for the coconut shell charcoal briquettes or mangrove wood charcoal? The bamboo wood charcoal looks good too. Decisions, decisions....
555. It will be the LoSo black charcoal for me. I'm on a budget...
Got my residence certificate so I'm free to sell the motorbike this week. Paid 42k and selling at a garage might only net me 15k, more if sold privately.

Anyone know where to get a CO detector here in Pattaya? Thank you.

March 15:
-Started the site but cannot get any paying customers.
-Started another online business with a low price tag but no sales yet.
-Items to sell: motorbike, camera, computer.
-Charcoal is 10 baht per bag

Although there's been some progress, I'm still pessimistic. Likely will sell my motorbike this week and then enjoy the $$ that's left until it runs out.
So that's a better option than trying to find work? Ummm.... ok.
You ever been hungry?

Although there's been some progress, I'm still pessimistic. Likely will sell my motorbike this week and then enjoy the $$ that's left until it runs out. I've already found a metal pot and charcoal should I need to go that way. Copycat of some bloke that went the same way on Pattaya One News.

Sorry to hear about your situation, which can happen to anyone and anywhere.
Someone once said: Never tell your problems to anyone...20% don't care and the other 80% are glad you have them" ...
So do not give up, but FIGHT! and believe only in yourself.I wish you all the best and hope you manage to find a solution.
Great post. Thank you very much.

This moron wants people to work for free.
As a web developer, I HATE people like you with a passion.
I want nobody to work for free. I put "Partnership" in writing where we both bring our skills to the table and equally rely on each other. Profit split. Makes way more $$ than fixed salary or hourly.

Would you lend money to your friends if they asked you tomorrow, next week or next month ?
Sent from my GT-I9152 using Thaivisa Connect Thailand mobile app
If I had it, yes I would and I have. For me, a friend helps a friend unconditionally because he wants to, when he has the means. Anything less is not a friend. I have read the sentiments of others here but I don't have the time for the people who won't help me in my time of need when I know full well they could help me. These are not aquaintances but very close friends.

Residence certificate from immigration or your embassy
Sent from my V370 using Thaivisa Connect Thailand mobile app
I read on another forum:
To sell your bike you need
Green book.......signed in the correct space
Residency certificate.....
Signed Transfer form.......it is obtained from DLT office (next to Regents school on Highway 36)
Power of attorney form........it is obtained from DLT office
Passport copies.......signed
Transfer fee is approx 400 baht for a 125cc scooter, prices go up according to engine size
Buyer also needs residency certificate and signed passport copies if farang or ID copy if Thai.
-
As seller you will also need to sign power of attorney and bill of sale, available at any car or mc shop. A signed copy of residency or wp.
When you wrote "residency," what do you mean? A copy of my apartment lease or a residency certificate from immigration? Thank you.
-
-
same paperwork as you bought it with
Passport and cash. I've read some reports that residency cert. is required.
Who pays for ownership transfer and how is this document obtained? Is it the seller's responsibility to obtain said document? Thank you.
-
What documents are required? Thank you.
-Green book?
-Residency letter?
-Passport?
-Anything else?

There is a catholic trade school on Naklua soi 25 for women only. The offer language, hairdressing, massage, cooking, and computer training all for free. The massage and hair students need practice so if you want to be their guinnea pig, it won't cost much for a very good massage. No happy ending but you might get a phone number...
