The people I talk to don't want to come to Chiang Mai because of all the smog scares in the media. Can't blame them, as it's not only Chiang Mai 's air that is polluted. When you go hiking in the mountains, you'll find plastic rubbish and even micro plastics everywhere. Thailand needs to clean up its act.

Good luck Thailand , most people (and government) are addicted to debt. Inflation and rising income levels are the only way out, as people cannot change their financial junkie-like behaviour. Time to face the music, confiscate land and assets of those who can't pay back and sell to the highest bidding foreign buyers. I personally don't see any other way out.

If a lady loves you, she will understand that sinsod is a cultural faux de pas. The argument that patents want to be sure that you can take care of the girl is an insult in my and many other cultures. Say no from the start, be firm and honest and if she insists you need to move on. She doesnt love you unconditionally.

Ecological protection? Here in Phuket it's nearly impossible to find a square meter without plastic waste. And let's not talk about the coming sugarcane harvests and very serious pm 2,5 issues that come along. Does TAT believe tuurists are blind and don't breath?

Kids can buy 100 grams of Cannabis (Sativa) for 700 baht. Edibles with 100mg THC, which is way too strong, can be bought for 60 baht. Cannabis is cheap as chips in Thailand.
