You know everything, dont you mr Clouseau? The content they had on their cameras was worth more than the instruments. Seen the reaction of a lot of you guys above, you really seem to have issues with Thai being succesful. I have met these people before, and they are very proffesional and have a large following. But you must live under the impression that all Thais are scammers and thieves. Wow

Living not far from this road, we cannot help wondering why it was built. Both Pilai and Natai have very little public beach front left. On the road and land between these beaches you will find a handful of very expensive beach villas. We are quite happy with the road, but unless major future development in the area (which we hope for), what a waste of tax payers money again

MFP reassures cannabis businesses amid plans to re-list as narcotic
SoilSpoil replied to snoop1130's topic in Thailand News
Why? There are more cannabis outlets than schools on Phuket. Its gotten totally out of hand. Now, I also enjoy a green one now and then and decided to order some. The delivery man handed it to my 6 year old when I wasnt home. We need stricter regulations. -

You clearly live in a perpetual state of denial, most likely because you use cannabis yourself. Children can and do order cannabis online and the express services do hand it to them without questions asked. -

Man Held For Killing British-Thai Youth Over Drug Deal
SoilSpoil replied to webfact's topic in Chiang Mai News
People dont choose to become drug mules, runners or addicts. Its the result of a slow and painfull descend into the abyss. Dont judge a book by its cover. Every homeless person, every drug addict you see in the streets, wish they had a different life. There are many reasons, excuses, how one could end up in the gutter. -

Prayut Might Prolong Rule With Minority Government: Academic
SoilSpoil replied to webfact's topic in Thailand News
Yep, that's democracy Thai style in a nutshell with a certain higher institution manipulating the constitution. However, no one forced people to cast a vote in this referendum. -

The 59% is irrelevant of course. Fact is that a majority voted yes, whether we find that democratic or not. -

I was there as well. Walked though the 'fort' a couple of times. All the red, yellow, blue and white uprisings have the Shinawatra clan and their policies at heart. -

Yes and no. This rule was voted in by a majority of Thai through a referendum on the latest constitutiion. Not a lot of people read the constitution before they gave their vote.
