Same here, we left in 2018, leaving behind a beatiful house, nice job and schools for the kids. We moved to Phuket, took a big risk financially, but never regretted our decision. The pain I felt to see my children getting sick because agro companies and corrupt governments value profit over the health of the population, was too much to bear. I visit CM once a year, only during the rainy season. -

If a cookie or brownie has a mass of 20 grams, than 0.2% results in 40 milligrams THC. Way too much for most of us and potentially dangerous (driving?). Thousands of children are buying it online, if one is to believe the Thai media. -

100's of Facebook sellers will do the trick. These edibles are tempting for children to try and shoukd be prohibited. When you smoke, you feel the effects within seconds, but edibles are a fifferent ball game. I"ve seen quite some people in my time who thought their time had come by eatjng toojuch space cake. -

What's a fair price per hour for online teaching?
SoilSpoil replied to Irrumator's topic in Teaching in Thailand Forum
That depends on teaching skills and engagement. My students are improving their communication skills significantly. While teaching online you can use websites, Powerpoints, Youtube videos, sound files, google image search, etc.. My own kids, homeschooled, also love learning online. Combine this with lots of travelling, going to the beach a lot, you can see why. -
Trat Hit By Toxic Smoke From Forest Fires In Cambodia
SoilSpoil replied to webfact's topic in Eastern Thailand News
No, it's caused by farmers burning their fields on an industrial scale. The weather can turn water in ice, snow or fog, but not into smoke.
