...I would rather give an award to the person in that picture for the Hold-Up bra...!
Finally tracked down an update on the Pendlebury case -
Clearly, the Finn-Brit incident could have been much worse - whoever took the knife from him deserves a bravery award.
-
If the Finnish guy had walked away (Not come back)
There would be no problem with Thais and Brits showing him the door...
Seems Brits are just like Thais.. need to have it from numbers. (sorry the standard remark the expats make when its one on many so I do the same) Just to show its not only Thais but also Brits that are cowards.

Yep - works both ways
or even three ways in Thailand...
"Another, meanwhile, warns against littering"
Better print that in Thai & hand out to locals!
-
Quality (Amounts of) Tourist THB
Translation: T ourist H igher B arts
Yes, teach those quality Tourists basic manners from leaflets. Headline: Common sense evades quality Tourists but are saved by leaflets.

According to the website it only takes around 3 weeks to renew by post, so should be no problem in the 90 days.
And Note in emergencies the passport can be extended for one year.
Or in case of lost passports etcBut it costs...

I used Cyber Ghost with True - no problems, no speed change...
(Wait for a special offer for a trial -
version, then wait for "their last offer" for full version.
Full vesion alowes switching countries to get smoothest loading)Note it did not work in China...

The truth is IT can be a great entertainment street for all, including families - real traditional, and "modern" entertainment
Mosy people I viewed walking down the street were actually just looking - they didn't want to get involved with the street girls/boys
(Obviously later in the night its more party people.)
There can be shows for everyone - making it respectable, and busier
Perhaps with a certificate above every door eg U, PG and yes X
with no real hard X until after 12.......
The same venue (and girls/boys) can have 2 types of shows -
one before 12 and one for afters....

There seemed to be a cartel of price fixing in many places in Thailand -
you could negotiate the price to the fixed "lowest price"
but occassionally you can get a desperate seller...
they are both crooks, simple as that

is Thailand an island?? !!
It's time to clean that island up.
-
...so you don't want the truth and you don't want to be told your wrong, ha ha...
As others have said, Thailand is in the middle of many other destinations, has relatively easy and cheap transportation to all parts of the country.
It is perceived, as an easy going, high tolerance and safe place to "do your thing" 24/7 (oops)
Given all this, the Philippines is increasing tourism numbers year on year (American/Western culture/rules...)
and Thailand has been decreasing visitors for many years (even given "official" Thailand culture/rules)

...well excuse me.... What DRUG induced this behaviour??
I've never heard of anyone under the influence of Alcohol do this! Ever!!
Ooops = there are No drugs in Thailand...
(Don't upset the QTees - Quality Tourists...)
-
... I TOLD You! Tortuga!!
Note to Quality Tourists: Come to Thailand, the water's lovely!
The balconies are just the right size
and the Thais will welcome you with open arms (but watch your back pocket)
This is getting like flying Malaysian airlines - except...
ONE by ONE...

After receiving good feedback we plan to involve more 7-Eleven stores across Phuket as points of contact where foreigners can report crimes, said Gen Patchara.
I find this statement most ironic. Lots of crimes have taken place recently inside the 7-Elevens.
... but then the Perps run off?

You have to see it in the context of the ancient Egyptians (Or even modern Egypt?)
These "Top" people are the chosen ones - only they will be reborn as "Kings"
No mere mortal should complain about unjust systems - corruption is the leader for all Thais
If you are poor and you can gain from small time. (short term) corruption-
Then and only Then will you get on the
narcissistic path to the right to enter the realm of the undead...
-
Not an Amnesty but at least a clean slate...?
The more that is revealed about Thailand's past and present, the more the country suffers,
especially those poor people who believe in their Leaders for guidence and experience...
It is a deep shame that every country worldwide, has some politicians
that are more currupt than the theives and swindlers that roam the streets(or are imprisoned!)

Let's Not forget that these young people were battered to death
First the boy was beaten unconscious, in front of some who thought he offered some protection -
then she was raped, with the further torture that she was next -
This heinous crime MUST have its Justice - not another disaster for Thailand "Face"
There must be no escape for this kind of crime against all civilised people,
adding to the many disgraceful acts, that go unpunished, unpublished
and unsolvedEVERY DAY in Thailand
This is NOT a "one off" event...
Shame On Everyone, who looks the other way -
the perpetrators and bystanders will not be "reborn into a new life"
but will serve eternity in hell and damnation- 4

... but accepted every bit of "unofficial" INTEL possible...
Not the only time they crossed swords. She told him to mind his own business when he offered to act as an intermediary over The Falklands.

Great a GOOD News story - worthy of reflection...
Did he donate 20% to the finder/s...???

Get a degree - any. Take one online if you haven't got one...
DO a 120 TEFL from "Accredited" learning centre (Better in Aus)
If you haven't done any training or teaching this is worth the effort/expense.
(A CELTA is designed more for teaching 16 to Adults, but Is similar)
Go to Thailand (Bangkok has more openings) Get in a Taxi and visit schools drop your CV Picture and Thai telephone number.
You should get a job in a week or so... depends on the time of year.
They just need real English speakers - who can pronounce words and make a sentence with "no" Grammar mistakes...
Before Songkran holidays start in April (So be there in March.)
If you don't get a degree (An Aus friend of mine got one in Horticulture...)
then you will be working illegally and the school will cheat you (more than usual)
I'm Generalising
You Philosophy is right -
so give it a year, get the experience (And finish your degree?)
Then ASIA is your oyster...
(China Japan and Korea pay up to 5 times more for 20 hours)

He is covering his dishonesty and embarrassment at being caught out by transferring blame -
to little women - BIG bully!! (small cockerel...)
I have seen this arrogance many times but nowhere near this foolish

... slaughtered, dismembered, tortured, raped... by IS!!
"He wouldn't give exact details on how many missions had involved bombing targets or how many militants were killed for fear of feeding the aggressive propaganda campaign of IS."
....and how many innocent women and children killed?
-
World's worst airport - for Freeloaders!
I have been to MNL several without any problems - it can get busy, but I have always managed to find a seat.
Perhaps they should supply beds for the cheapskates who don't want to pay for a hotel...
-
At first reading - I thought good entrepreneurial spirit!
Then I read on.... Blackmail, corruption -
What a Manker!

Good Luck!!
