my wife worked for ten years, but her earnings were not real high, she started collecting at 62, her monthly deposit is based on a percentage of what I collect. So I wouldn't call what she gets as a spousal pension. her last two digits are 04 and mine are 69. If it makes any difference she started collecting her pension in Thailand through the PI Embassy. This is her fourth year of collecting and we have always received our 7162 forms on the same day.

Me and the wife just got our 7162's today, Rayong, dated June 02

Bangkok Bank Changing your branch.

they will give you whatever you want, once a month I get 10,000 baht in 100's and 2000 baht in 20's they always give me fresh ones -
most offices I believe require 800,000 baht in a Thai bank account and it has to be verified that it came from outside of Thailand, some might accept the 65,000 baht a month but it also would have to be in a Thai bank account with international transfer verification. They would also probably want to see 12 months of transfers. Best if you go to whatever office you plan on using and see what they will acccept

Re-etry permit and Non O
flexomike replied to kebabby's topic in Thai Visas, Residency, and Work Permits
Don't understand why you would want to Change to an OA visa when you already have an O with a re-entry permit, in September just apply for an extension while in Thailand, no one in their mind would ever want to change and O to an OA with the insurance requirements to obtain an O, or am I just missing something? -

Son with thai and EU passport??
flexomike replied to beammeup's topic in Thai Visas, Residency, and Work Permits
If he entered on a foreign passport he probably has a 30 day visa exempt stamp which would require an extension if staying longer than 30 days, by leaving the country on the EU stamp and re-entering with the Thai passport he does not have to worry about any immigration issues -
Expelled from Thailand
flexomike replied to sefwrwyju7lo6's topic in Thai Visas, Residency, and Work Permits
your multiple entry availability expired on the expiration date of your visa which was May 12th, any other border crossing and you would have been given a 30 day visa exempt entry stamp -
Expelled from Thailand
flexomike replied to sefwrwyju7lo6's topic in Thai Visas, Residency, and Work Permits
I think the over stay issue would depend on when he entered Thailand originally, should have been given 60 days permission to day from date of entry, when he exited Thailand this voided his permission to stay unless he had a re-entry permit, and not even sure in his position if you could get a re-entry permit
