If you are going to make a capital investment in Thailand you should employ a lawyer to check all documentation etc before you sign. A few thousand baht is a small amount for lawyers fees compared to you investment. This applies to many countries throughout the world.

billd766 needs to read up before rushing to judgement, Suggest you read a few Government press releases re Covid and Songkran. Just to note a few 16/4, 20/4, 2/5. All state expectations are for Covid numbers to rise after Songkran but then of course the Government has been wrong before maybe billd766 should get a job as a government forecaster and health expert.? Jetstar and Qantas are both going down hill fast. Both companies are driven by greed. Customers and sevice have become the victims. Latest Qantas profit shows what drives both companies, Two people here join the long queue of disgruntled ex customers.

Only problem with Thai roads are the police are absolutely useless and don't know or enforce the traffic laws. Easier to stop a tourist and collect lunch money. Another failure of Government whichis only interested in self promotion and self wealth.
